We would ve liked to do carry out, or even dine in but we were told we aren t doing any carry out orders right now because our kitchen is too busy & when we asked about dine in we were told there s no tables available until 8pm. That s fine, but the carry out restriction made no sense. I ve worked in customer service for 5 years and have never been told to turn away customers because we were too busy. We weren t informed of a wait time for carry out, just denied the service totally with no option given to us. Never experienced that before at a restaurant. I don t blame the employee who spoke to us either because I understand the stress; it s unfortunate that management accepts this kind of chaos.
