I went there as a kid in the early 70's and again as an adult. Although it's changed through the years it's still the place I loved as a kid. A place for mom, dad and the kids to have fun, fish, ski, eat, meet new friends and just relax. The memories will last a lifetime. I thank you and your wonderful staff for the memories I still cherish.

Nice rooms clean BUT !!!! No TV no Internet service no air conditioning No coffee !!!!!!!!!I ....have to take your own trash out prior to check out.....REALLY !!! Only thing they have to offer is a nice view of the Lake... elk lake
Super cool atmosphere and a great location on Elk Lake! The young staff are incredibly kind, helpful and so courteous, it makes you feel like you're either at a Disney Park or back in time on an episode of Father Knows Best or Leave it to Beaver! The accommodations are clean, well-kept and comfortable, and the food and community feeling is very special! A great place for a family reunion or a nice weeklong retreat to refresh and get closer to nature! I highly recommend White Birch Lodge !

Won't find a cleaner lake or nicer people. Very accommodating and all inclusive means all inclusive. Hardly need to pack anything besides clothes. Perfect family getaway.

One of the best secrets of Northern Michigan by far. WBL is the place to get away from everything in your life for a week or two. This all inclusive resort offers the best in water sport on nice Caribbean blue water and sandy beaches. 4 Star cooking, both cabin and modern lodging options, plenty of activities for the younger folks. They have been in business since the early 1960's and the only things that have changed is the level of comfort and the water toys. The upbeat positive of the staff is exceptional. It's like being in the Caribbean or West Indies without ever leaving the beauty of Northern Michigan.
