Very unprofessional and on organized they make you work on the schedule and then don't schedule on the days that you should work!

My boyfriend was kicked out of the Bengals game on 10/28 after being wrongfully picked out. My boyfriend was accused of smoking in the stadium in our seats( which if he was, he is supposed to receive a warning, but he wasn t smoking, he does not smoke). 2 guys came down and told him they needed to come with them. I was confused and stayed in my seat. My boyfriend then calls me to tell me he was kicked out. I thought he was joking with me. I then realized he was not. They kicked out my boyfriend with 5-6 minutes left in the 4th quater for something he did not do. I then went to another security guard, told him what happened and he let my boyfriend back in with about 30 second left.( May I remind you, all the people around me said they would Talk to security and let them know my boyfriend wasn t doing anything wrong!!) when I talked to the security people in the section my seats were in, all they said was call the line and tell them. I then proceeded to let them know the actual guy smoking in our section and they tossed him out( this is what I was told.) NO warning was given to my boyfriend, for something he didn t do! But they also, did not follow protocol! My step dad has had season tickets for 20+ years! I know the rules and following them because I would not want to reflect poorly on my step dad and the hard work he has done in order to be a Bengals season ticket holder! I have been to many games starting at a very young age! When my step dad brought me it was always fun and enjoyable. The people around us are great and always so sweet! In the past few years I ve gone more and more with my step dad, friends or my mom. NEVER have we been treated so poorly by the security! NO WARNINGS, NO NOTHING! Just kicked out for something my boyfriend did not do! Then, when another security guy! I wish I had his name because he actually gives a hoot about the people at the game, listen to me and went back and got my boyfriend to let him in! It was to late! You kick him out with 5-6 minutes left in the 4th no reason, until he is outside the gate calling me because you didn t even have the RESPECT to let him tell me what s going on!! DO BETTER! You guys ruined the end of a close game for me and my boyfriend! For kicking him out for no reason! If he was in trouble, why was he let back in? If he did something so terrible, why was he allowed to come back in! Even the guy that I talked with that let him back in said it was not right! I wish I got his name because he is the only respectable one in that business apparently! I never leave reviews and I work in customer service. I know things happen. This was unacceptable and how my boyfriend was treated is sad. DO BETTER! Follow the rules posted online before kicking out someone that spend money on tickets! I m glad my step dad was nice enough to give us the tickets! In all my years as a fan, I ve never seen such poor security! You want to kick people out causing problems! I m all for it. You want to kick out someone who did nothing then let them back in! With 30 seconds left! Pathetic! The guy never gave us a name, he was a short bald guy, with no facial hair, white and a bigger white guy with a brown beard. FOLLOW PROTOCOL NEXT TIME!

Their employees did a great job photo bombing us, one of them appeared to be homeless. Very professional work they do.

The wrorst if you have dread locs don't apply they don't hire dread heads.

This is the most unorganized company ever. They cancel hiring events at the last minute. It is VERY hard to get ahold of anyone and they don't return calls or emails
