Good morning,
Good morning,
it is with sadness that I write these words, it is fifteen days that I send requests for help to the assistance of "Buraco: The Challenge", I send them to the FB page of the WhattWapp Entertainement srl (owners and managers of the mentioned App), I send them to their emails ... receiving the most absolute silence. A request for assistance because a friend and founder of our club suddenly found himself without his historical profile and without his benefits accumulated over time with commitment and, ex officio, he finds himself a perfectly useless new profile. Dozens and dozens of requests left in a vacuum, why? I do not know.
It is of little importance now, it is only a game; for us, but it's a job for you. You are not an ONLUS and you rightly work for profit. You proudly declare yourself a "Start Up", a very fashionable term in these times, but in times past an organization like yours would have obtained a less noble name.
It is true, we play and you earn! It's right! But in a company policy it is equally right to consider and protect the "customer" because it is the customer who keeps you going, the customer sometimes spends and sometimes not, but he is the one who manages to give you visibility for your customers. advertising contracts. Behind these "customers" there are no numbers but people. People who play for the most varied reasons: they could be playful, they could find a moment of leisure in the game, they could alleviate their loneliness with virtual friendships, they could share with others the sad moments of life and why not, even the joys. But at the bottom they are not numbers except for your budget.
Thousands of unsuspecting like me are with you today, but what will happen tomorrow? Anything can happen, people could wake up and not be fooled anymore, a virus could affect your platforms, a "bug" could creep into the system, or, much more simply, someone better than you arrives and launches on the market a "Start Up" better than yours and only then will you realize that the good idea is not enough but the people who make it grow are indispensable. Only then will you realize that when you have to buy an apple, you have the opportunity to decide whether to go and buy it in an anonymous supermarket or from the greengrocer in the house who gives you a good morning every morning. It will be too late!
In this society you have to put your face on it and not hide behind anonymous keys. Do not take these lines for a simple outburst of an old loser, I am not because in the past I have given you my name and surname, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses because I have nothing to hide and if you do not do the same, perhaps, something you have to hide it.
The only thing that I intend to do when I come to Milan is to get to know you. Not because it is important to know people like you, but because it is important for me to look you in the eye to try to understand who you are.
Finally, I believe that you will not have reached this point of the letter, but it doesn't matter because this is only one of the many letters you receive and to which you do not give importance, I wish you a good job and a happy future even if, in my heart, I hope that before or then you too may find yourself in front of a rubber wall ... just to prove how you are on the other side.
Regards
