I wanted to take this time to write a review due to the way my family and were treated on 10/23/15. My mother, brother, son and I went into Whataburger yesterday because my son loves going there after his football games. When entering the cashier was helping a young man so we waited our turn. When she was done we stepped up to the counter where the young lady never spoke to us to welcome us (Cynthia was her name). So I started to order what my mother wanted ( she has Parkinson's Stage 4) when I told her " My mother would like the Ranch Buffalo Sandwich" She then stated " Just the sandwich"? It wasn't that she asked the question it is how she asked the question, I replied yes just the sandwich. I then ordered my sons " My son would like the BBQ Honey Mustard sandwich" which then she replied "Just the sandwich" I replied yes just the sandwich, once again not that she asked the question but how she asked me. At that time she asked is that all? I replied " no" so I asked my brother what he would like. He then told her that he wanted just the sandwich of the Whataburger Sandwich #1. She replied " Just the sandwich" he replied " just the sandwich". Again not that she asked the question it is how she asked. She then asked " Is that all", I then told her "I need to order". After her rolling her eyes and huffing that I was not done she asked " What do you want". I then told her "I would like a #1 Meal" she then asked me " Just the sandwich" I replied "no the #1 MEAL". She then asked is that all? I told her then "that would complete my order". She took my payment gave me my receipt and cup for my meal then started laughing as I walked away to get my drink for my meal. My family was now sitting and waiting for the food on a sitting bench in the lobby. When I got over to get my drink she is now laughing loud and starring at my family. I then turned around to ask her " what is the attitude for" She replied "I can laugh if I want to". I then went back up to her and told " if you do not want my business I can go somewhere else if you return my money". She then replied " go ahead". So I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia then stood in front of me to yell for the manager. The Manager came out I did tell her what had just happened and she said she will take care of it. While the manager went back to making burgers Cynthia then stood at the front starring at me and my son laughing. ( my mother at this point was all shaken up so my brother took her to the car).

I am writing this review because this makes no sense for people ( customer) to be treated like this. We work very hard for our money and when we eat out it is a treat for us. I do not think that customers should come into your restaurant to be treated that away when we come in to spend our hard earned money. All someone needed to say was sorry and we couldn't get that! Needless to say we not be returning to Whataburger if this is the treatment we will receive!

I really hope that this review gets out and others will not be treated in this manner!
