Within the 4 years I had owned a BMW I received nothing but respect, care and great service from this dealership. In particular, Karl Marchant in the service department. He is a gem. The most caring and precise person in car services that I have ever met. Certainly a valuable asset to any employer and a outstanding company representative.

Not only does this establishment sell brand-new BMW motor cars they also sell very high calibre, thoroughly inspected used cars. I purchased my car from them in September last year. I dealt with Conor Watson and Darren Hyde. Absolutely sensational experience throughout. The motorcar I purchased was very reasonably priced and a fantastic addition to my life. I unreservedly recommend this establishment for their service.

I would like to share my Great Experience at Westside BMW. Michael Kang is a very friendly, knowledgeable and experience assistant sales manager. Michael explained to us in great detail of all different features about the car and the history of BMW. During our three hours with Michael, we think Michael is the best sales person we have ever met. He took us for a test drive and explained every single feature in a highly professional manner. As a result of the great professional service, we purchased our first BMW. We would strongly recommend anyone who may be interested in a new BMW, Michael is the man to contact!!!
