Quality audio products and incredibly helpful and responsive staff

I'm a sport touring motorcycling enthusiast who after many years, had become concerned with hearing loss caused from wind blast and engine noise from riding long distance. I was referred to consider having a pair of custom molded Westone AC20 ear monitors made. I researched the product and while designed to protect the hearing of professional musicians, while still providing concert quality audio, I found that these ear monitors were popular with police department motorcycle policemen.

I can't believe how good these ear monitors sound and how much ambient sound they block. I'm more relax, My ears aren't getting damaged by wind and engine sound and I get to relax listening to my music. I recommend the AC20 ear monitors to every rider I know. They're perfect after a full year of use. One of the best features is a detachable cable that if yanked, it'll pop off or if damaged, the cable can be replaced instead of replacing the entire unit. The only thing I wished they had would be a very short cable to plug into most helmet com units.

As an Audiologist, I have worked with this company for many years, and used to order from them on a weekly basis. Westone has been extremely difficult to work with and incredibly slow to complete my orders since the pandemic started. Last summer, I ordered a custom earmold for a pediatric patient's hearing aid, and it took 3 full months to get to me. This is unacceptable - kids still need to hear. I ceased business with them at that time, but recently decided I would try again, in hopes that they had sorted out the mess. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for a swimming earplug, and I was told that the order just entered the lab today. I am so disappointed. I have asked to speak with management in the past, and have been told they would call me. I never heard anything, which is why I am resorting to leaving this review.

Bought my custom in ear monitors about 1 1/2 yrs ago, very nice product great sound (AC20). I had little short in the right monitor but lived with it because I hated the thought of being without them and going back to what I had been using to them repaired. I still had six month on warranty, plenty of time to sort things out. Wasn't going to let a little shorting get between me and my AC's .

But one day I had an accident and the music ended. I called customer service and spoke with Shirley, a very nice lady, and she told me what I need to do to get service. I sent the AC's home and within two week, I had them back better than ever. Weststone has great products, great service, and fantastic warranty. I would defiintely do business with them again! Just bought the Defendear for shooters and I love it. So far it is a great product, fits well and does exactly what it claims. Used it over the weekend for several hours at a range with about 100+ shooters. My only reservation is that there is no on-off switch and I would like to see a lanyard to assist with accidental loss (if those two items were added it would be a solid 5 stars). Great product!!

Quality audio company with excellent products, designed and built in the USA. Great warranty coverage with great customer service over the phone. I felt compelled to leave a review here because Julie just helped me submit my warranty repair request over the phone quickly and helpfully. The fact that the warranty repair service got me thinking to write a positive review tells you something about the caliber of this company. At least for IEMs, go with Westone over Shure. Get an American made product, fast and friendly support, and better quality that the company stands by.

To date I have not found a better 'bang for the buck' high end IEM!

Can we do 10 stars please? This company is amazing! The people, the product EVERYTHING! High end and great quality. Getting some ear protection from them soon for when I go shooting and can t wait! Friends and family have them and they all love them as well!

Until this morning while calling to inquire as to weather or not the Colorado Springs location had a showroom that conducted sales on site or not, I had nothing but praise for Westone products across the board, as of this morning I found out that the glitch in the company is apparently its people Denna/Deana hung up on us and Julie just doesn t seem to know if they do that but colors and sizes can be viewed online . Over the last ten years I ve purchased at least 50 Westone products as gifts, hearing protection, work instruments, and leisure every one was exceptional.

I was going to be in the area and wanted to stop in to get an upgrade cable for some W80s and to see about purchasing a set of ES80; I d still like to, if this gets a real reply by the time I get there in a couple hours.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Previous employee, weak management and human resources. Out of date inventory tracking and low quality plastics bought from china and the Philippines. Also I was fired for having a disability and trying to get an accommodation. The workers are disgruntled and don't feel supported by the new executives
