As an Audiologist, I have worked with this company for many years, and used to order from them on a weekly basis. Westone has been extremely difficult to work with and incredibly slow to complete my orders since the pandemic started. Last summer, I ordered a custom earmold for a pediatric patient's hearing aid, and it took 3 full months to get to me. This is unacceptable - kids still need to hear. I ceased business with them at that time, but recently decided I would try again, in hopes that they had sorted out the mess. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for a swimming earplug, and I was told that the order just entered the lab today. I am so disappointed. I have asked to speak with management in the past, and have been told they would call me. I never heard anything, which is why I am resorting to leaving this review.
