I've never been totally happy with any castings done by this company, and I've been making jewellery for around 30 years. This company can "talk the talk", so I trusted them, however they cannot apparently offer either the service or quality.
The last straw was them denying possession of moulds I paid for! I am now approx 2 or more weeks behind schedule and I hope my customers will understand! (I allow extra time too).
As if all that is not bad enough, they have apparently found my moulds and sent them back WITH NO APOLOGY via 'phone, email or letter. We all make mistakes...but at least decent companies admit it and apologise.

Truly awful casters! Almost every job we have sent to Weston Beamor came back a mess or failed completely (without the waxes being overly delicate or complicated in shape). Poor customer service as well. Would not use them again.

I have been using this company for many years and have always had a good service. Easy to talk with and helpful.

Only used occasionally but have had various problems like porous castings and failure to build my cad files. Will no doubt use in the future I just hope things improve. The one plus point is the catalogue which is very sleek.
