I've never been totally happy with any castings do...

I've never been totally happy with any castings done by this company, and I've been making jewellery for around 30 years. This company can "talk the talk", so I trusted them, however they cannot apparently offer either the service or quality.
The last straw was them denying possession of moulds I paid for! I am now approx 2 or more weeks behind schedule and I hope my customers will understand! (I allow extra time too).
As if all that is not bad enough, they have apparently found my moulds and sent them back WITH NO APOLOGY via 'phone, email or letter. We all make mistakes...but at least decent companies admit it and apologise.
