Seems like a nice place, probably very expensive. They offer different levels of care, covered parking. It's on a lake, too! Plenty of activities. Staff is helpful and cheerful.

Beautiful does not describe this community. The customer service goes above and beyond.
Genuine care...compassionate..professional are words to describe the staff. The cafe serves the best cubanos I have ever had. Service with a smile all the way! All communities should pattern themselves after this community.

As a resident of Winter Park for nearly fifty years I feel compelled to share the following. If you're considering Senior Living in the Winter Park area please consider avoiding Westminster Winter Park, formerly The Towers. I had an egregious experience there. Misrepresentation by the management was frequent. I am grateful for a number of relationships at the facility but again management was consistently off the mark. I now live in a sensational retirement facility! I love central Florida and wish my fellow citizens a place such as I have found.

My parents absolutely love living at Westminster Winter Park. After they settled in over 7 years ago, our whole family breathed a sigh of relief knowing they'd be cared for and looked after. The food is very good, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. But the real kudos go to the staff for being so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my parents are comfortable. This, in turn, makes me feel so comfortable. (And how about that view of the lake?!)

Came as a caregiver to care for several different clients through working with an Agency, Platinum Homecare. Facility is pleasing to the eye, staffing is inadequate at times, food is prepared on site. The Nursing Staff and the Patient Care Tech's lack much in customer service skills, tending to be rude, arrogant and sharp with those hired by family to care for loved ones. Overpriced for the amenities, name is relevant to charges, Winter Park Towers. Surprised to learn that a financial statement must be provided prior to be granted a tour.

My wife and I moved to Westminster Winter Park three and a half years ago, the best move we've ever made. Active and in good health, we were a little anxious about moving to a retirement community, a place we would live the rest of our lives. Because of WWP's active wellness program we now expect to live longer, and due to the extensive range of interesting activities and fascinating people, we're busier and having more fun than we did living in a condo. We chose Westminster Winter Park because of its long term financial stability and because of the warm, caring, welcoming community of residents and staff.

Orientation visit -- excellent and informative experience, saw the facility, learned of current programs & plans, understand process of becoming a resident, marketing straightforward on all issues, current residents enthusiastic "salesmen".

My father was transferred to Westminster from another 5 star facility, I initially was very excited he was going to be at the towbecome Dad was there to receive rehabilitation which he had made good progress from the former facility. I was notified immediately by the addmitting director that I would need to find another facility to transfer him to, she hadn't wanted my father to come to Westminster in the first place because of his benifits, they had no beds available for "him" and would not be getting any beds coming available for "him" before his benifits would run out. The social workers would not be available to me for assistance, I needed to figure out what to do. In the time Dad has been in this facility he has developed a pressure ulcer, and become dehydrated two times resulting in IV hydration. He is being transferred out to the hospital today by his doctor .

My first job 11 years ago. Can't complain. Management don't last. That's a shame.

My wife and I moved to Westminster Winter Park from out-of-state over 4 years ago. We love the amenities, our apartment, the staff, our neighbors, the extensive classes and the programs. We are treated like guests at a five star resort by the staff and administration. We are busy 24-7 with activities and classes, just like college. We attend continuing education classes at Rollins. Thank you Westminster Winter Park for providing such a wonderful campus for enjoyment.
