They take from me $805 FOR NOTHING!
Mr.Don, at Bear Run Village Apartments, told me that the apartment is not ready yet and they need to make a contract, so I agreed. They asked me in the contract a deposit of $3900 and I agreed!
I paid $205 as an application fee and $600 as a part of the deposit fee. They should have given me the key a week after I paid but they didn't give it to me until now. Later I called them, Mr.Don and Normandy properties, several times to return my money back but they keep procrastinating me.
They have the worst maintenance ever, I have lived in different states for over 16 yrs never seen like this one. they have some skillless, disqualified maintenance people who do not have minimum common sense , they tell us how to live in our apartment, it's a pity that once we sign the lease we have to listen to these people and run behind to get things done.
when we complained about a/c not working , these people told us to use fans and teaching us how to use A/C. when we complained to property manager , she is just like the maintenance people, do not know how to be responsible and blindly listen to maintenance people such a shame. it is what happens when some disqualified , not have proper training are at work.
I recommend every professional working near or close to moon township , never ever rent in Polo club apartments , their leasing terms also worst in the area compared to other properties in robinson area.
DO NOT SIGN LEASE AND REGRET LATER.
Pathetic the owner gave a 5 star review! This place is becoming a not- so- great- place to live being run down, unkempt with no leaf removal, siding falling off and only God knows how long it'll stay there.
A few places where on the walking paths there are metal grates for drainage, some of those are rusting through!
Now there is a new management which really don't seem any better. There was NO notice of new management (had to find out how to pay rent by going up to main office to drop off check as usual to find no drop box, now its all online)
Surprise inspections this week! Barely any notice at all just an email saying 'hey we're checking fire extinguisher and units tomorrow if you won't let us in your apartment your getting a 50 dollar fine'

Nothing allowed on patio, there was quite a few people that had theirs made up so nicely and really made the place welcoming but now that these people took their stuff down it looks more like a trailer park or moon crest poster child
Long story short just because now its new management don't think things are better! It's just trading incompetence for another incompetence!
Worst Apartment of United States is Polo Club. The dirty, All stuff is very old. No maintenance Service. Even if you have to wait for 10 to 15 days to get work done. They will charge you for unnecessary things. Even though the will say yes it is Dirty once you will move in but no body will come to clean it.
Oh my God never seen apartment like this.
