Great great hotel! Were there in the summer of 2010, it was really great. The modern facilities, the international flair, the bar with live music ... In addition, the view to Westminster Bridge / Big Ben also a dream! The staff is competent and the breakfast / dinner just awesome. My question: does this austrian guy from Lustenau still work at the restaurant? :-)

The overall experience was pretty good. The accommodations themselves were very comfortable and the cleaning services were regular and of high quality. Please be advised that in order to utilize aforementioned cleaning services that you need to follow a number of mildly confusing instructions on a small card usually located on your bed pillow. (We didn't initially) Rooms 4.25/5

The included breakfast is pretty good actually, it provided a quality smorgasboard of European food, and kudos to Andrei for fantastic service and a unique perspective on the city. Dinner is a different story. On our first night, we went to the hotel sushi bar Ichi. The cooked rolls were actually pretty good, however the raw rolls were in no way worth the price. (Which was, as to be expected, abnormally high.) Service was passable, but not much more. Additionally, the Primo Bar, took 3 rounds of drinks to finally get my mom's drink right, which wasn't appreciated. Additionally, the dying animal known as the band I feel has successfully made Marvin Gaye turn over in his grave.
Brasserie Joel (breakfast) 4.5/5
Ichi 3.25/5
Primo 3/5

The location itself was quite nice and well situated within walking distance of the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Waterloo and Westminster Tube Stations, and Westminster Abbey. Great view of the Thames from most locations, however our rooms themselves had a great view of the next door conference room...

Never experienced such a shabby breakfast !!! We were sent to the basement as the regular breakfast room was overcrowded. When we arrived in the basement, we were placed next to the children's book and the food was everywhere and nowhere! In addition, there was nowhere available in the evening to enjoy a drink.
This hotel is in a good location, and the suite is clean, spacious and a great view of the London eye! A good night's sleep and straight into the city when you wake up and return satisfied!

Large business hotel with 1'019 rooms, 15 meters pool on the 4th floor with beauty center. Illy Cafe, Sushi Restaurant, Hotel Bar and Restaurant. Comfortable rooms with everything (air conditioning, iron and ironing board, large flat screen TV, free wifi, safe, bathroom with tub and shower, minibar, coffee and microwave in the studio and 2nd TV.) Very good location, 6 minutes from Waterloo or Westminster station. Innumerable bus lines in front of the hotel, 5 min to the golden eye

Great central location , gym and Poole are ok.

Great central location , gym and Poole are ok.
Hotel is way to busy for the staff to cope.

Breakfast is chaos on a good day , main reception is pleasing and modern.

Rooms could do with an update ,cleaners knock the door at 8am so they can get cleaning ,which is not what you expect from a four star!

I just called the hotel to double check if we are still allowed to come to the hotel in case London moved to tier 3 stage, the operator answered in very rude way we : we don t know the policy yet. And whatever were the questions I m asking her, she keeps answering the same sentence, she almost shouting on me!! Very disappointed

3:35 am woken up by Fire alarm, excellent response from hotel staff in taking my mum in a wheelchair downstairs. Lovely hotel and staff, can't wait to stay here again, central for all we want to do in London. Wish I could go back to sleep though.

A wonderful hotel but just not as glamorous as say the Bankside Hilton. I still would have given 5 stars but, quite shockingly to me, a member of staff actually verbally pestered me for a tip! I normally give one anyway but this same man had tried to convince me that he was providing free drinks (all drinks were free anyway) and just had an unprofessional manner on top of that. I flatly refused and after rebuking him was told it was just a joke.

But every other member of staff I met were perfect!

Excellent hotel within walking distance of everything, from the various stops, metro or various tourist buses, clean, new, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast, really advisable and definitely worth repeating in the coming stays. Very kind staff, also Italian, always available and ready to welcome various guests.

We'd actually booked into the Park Plaza Riverbank, but for some reason which was never really made clear we were moved to the Westminster Bridge. To be honest I'm glad we were as the location was better and I doubt we'd have got as nice a room at the original hotel.

Check-in was pretty quick and painless and luckily they knew we were coming. Our room was on the 9th floor and was more of a min-suite than just a bedroom, with a small living-room area , bathroom and bedroom. Very impressive it was too, with (if you craned your head a bit) views of the Houses of Parliament and the Thames, a large TV with Sky Sports and Cinema channels and even a microwave.

Even with Covid restrictions our towels were replaced regularly and service overall was pretty good. The price was good too, again possibly due to Covid, and if we could get the same room at the same price again we'd definitely do so. An excellent hotel and a great base for spending a few days in London.

I found the environment very noisy and the bar extremely crowded. Unable to get a drink or service due to a conference so excessive amounts of people not staying at the hotel in bar area. For the price I was expecting a little more luxury especially as the tea and coffee making facilities were what I consider poor. In the days of fresh brewed coffee being easily available then cheap instant was not a good option for me personally. Quality of complimentary shower gel etc was very good and overall a pleasant stay even if the painting of the woman's face on the door of the wardrobe was a little over powering for my taste.

I booked for when night, checked in around 5 pm, packed my stuff and went for a dinner. Came back late around 11:30 pm, asked for a late check out with possibility half day, he said its free until 2 pm and any extra hour would be 10 pounds upto 6 pm.

The next morning went to check double check, they said you have to give the room at 12 pm.

After asking for the manager since the other staff is not helpful they move me to the gust relationship and also had another lie about the check in policy. Same time different staff different lies.

This was the most worrisome experience I have ever had at a hotel. They have a security problem at their hotel and they simply failed to resolve it. On the second day of my stay i reported a jacket missing from my room. I reported it immediately and noted that after I reported it my clothes has been moved again and some of them even folded. They verified that folding clothes is not part of their hotel policy. After their review of the case they decided to do nothing. I obviously found this troubling and stated as such. My only avenue at that point was to report my experience on traveling websites. Garrick Reid from their security dept accused me in a written email for bribery if I acted accordingly. The jacket cost 150 dollars and to accuse a customer of bribery by utilizing their only avenue for recourse was highly offensive. I also had my safe broken and it took 3 phone calls to fix it. Basically, if you value security I would not stay here. There is a very nice hotel next door with a better view and less noisy. The breakfast here was also subpar; the eggs were inedible and barely cooked everyday. Also, my kids were told they were playing too loudly in the pool by hotel staff and there was no one else in the pool at the time

Lovely hotel. Great views of London. Fantastic central location. The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel s location in Central London makes it an ideal choice for exploring the rich heritage in central London. Big Ben/ Elizabeth Tower, Parliament Square with all its historical statues, Parliament building, Waterloo station, and so much more are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast at the Park Plaza hotel is a must-have.

The hotel is nice, modern and centrally located. The architecture is exciting. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The corridors were probably vacuumed only once a week. On the first day our room was not cleaned and on the second day all the toilet paper and Kleenex had disappeared, so we had to order which. Annoying if you come back from sightseeing and desperately need it.

Fantastic hotel, loved everything about our visit. Clean, quiet, memory foam mattress bed, lovely bathroom, bath, and separate shower, beautiful pictures in the room, Sky sports (not movies) is free, bar is expensive as are all hotels look forward to staying again on our next visit to London.

The location is just off of Westminster Bridge, facing Big Ben! It looks amazing at night time looking across the bridge from the hotel because you see the Clock light up in the night. The inside of the hotel is clean and good looking. The service was good and the drinks were nice.
