Everyone at Westlake Dermatology is so friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I love Dr Nic, he is an artist and fun to talk to! Dr Rhodes is also fantastic and has such a great beside manner. She is also fun to talk to.I always leave my appts feeling happy and uplifted. (Pun intended!)

I am impressed with Dr. Jackson's professionalism and skill. My spouse had seen several dermatologists at Westlake Dermatology and elsewhere. None could solve the issue with regards to the rash that covered his entire back. However, Dr. Jackson was able to solve the "mystery" of cause as well as the "cure." I no longer have to slather various creams on his back several times per day. What a time saver. Thank you Dr. Jackson. In addition, she recently diagnosed another issue of his, quickly with great results.

Receptionist staff was rude and unprofessional towards me and claimed I had not paid for a procedure when I had completely paid for it over the phone. She was trying to make me pay twice and also trying to make me pay full price even though the procedure was having a special. Very upsetting experience and also shocked at how incompetent the staff is at keeping track of payments and specials. Be careful and don t prepay over the phone because they will try to charge you twice.

Went here for my lip filler and it was a great process! The building is stunning and they numbed me for about 30 minutes to ensure I d have as little pain as possible! They also used other techniques to distract me from the pain. The process was quick and easy and I will definitely be going back very soon!

I haven't had my procedure yet, but the staff and Dr. Friedmann were all incredibly kind and it encouraged me to go ahead a make an appointment. the Doctor seemed knowledgeable and eager to help me look better! They were able to schedule the smartLipo and the tattoo removal to be done on the same day so that's a giant PLUS! I'm super excited to get this work done! I will be recommending it to my friends who are waiting on my outcome.

Don t go here! I went for a very specific reason- when I booked my appointment I was very explicit about what my skin issue was and what I was wanting to get done. When I showed up to my appointment the Dr said she didn t deal with those procedures and had me book with someone else- but I still had to pay for the 1st appointment!
When I call the front desk to ask for a refund for an appointment that accomplished nothing she laughed at me and then as I proceed to state my case she became increasingly short and rude with me.

There are a tone of great dermatology offices in Austin- don t waste your time or money at this one.

Rude staff. Snobby and unhelpful. Thanks Kaitlyn. I ll explore other options. I called to simply create an appointment I GUESS SHE JUST DIDN T WANT TO DO IT. I don t understand what s so difficult. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

My wife and I have both had several visits to this facility since moving to Austin about a year and a half ago. Both of us have had one cancerous site excised from our skin.

The facility is modern, with large airy spaces, and very comfortable. Everyone we have had contact with has been very friendly, very efficient, and very good at communication. Patient confort is a high priority with the doctors and their assistants. My wife's surgery was on her cheek. The incision was only about 1/4 inch long and within a couple of weeks we could not see the incision even knowing exactly where it was.

Follow up was excellent. We are very pleased with our care there and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone based on our experience.

Dr. Cameron really cares about his patients. He takes his time and understood exactly what I was concerned. He fixed some issues that a previous surgeon either couldn't fix or pretended wasn't a problem. He and Westlake took really good care of me and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I honestly trust him.
