Perfect organization and great doctors and nurses. People like to go there although the reason is usually not that great

I went to an outpatient operation on 10/15/20. Thank you for the good support. The entire staff from reception to after the operation was super caring. Thanks also to Dr. Lute!

Was founded on April 9th, 21st by Dr. Mark is operating and I am very satisfied. It was the best decision to choose him as the surgeon. Always my pleasure!! He is the best doctor I have known in my life so far !!
Now to the surgery:
The nurses in the preparation operating theater are very friendly.
The fact that I saw Dr Mark again before the operation also calmed me down because I was very excited.
Dr Gnamm (anesthetist) also introduced himself in a friendly manner and told us a few more details.
When it was all through and I was in the recovery room, I saw Sister Linda and Sister Cansu straight away.
So warmly both of you. Sister Linda was very caring. After stating that I was already in pain, the anesthetist was called directly, who then gave me another anesthetic injection so that I was free of pain.
Dr Mark came too and asked how I was feeling. I felt so so comfortable.
Sister Linda had to put up with me a bit, but she did so well. Top sister!
Great doctor and beautiful clinic.
Soon my left foot will follow. Thank you Dr Mark and thank you WKD !!

Sympathetic hospital which was completely rebuilt. Westklinik Dahlem is the new directory. Specialized in orthopedics! We recommend. Endoprosthesis center.

I had an outpatient operation there (my very first one) and was afraid of it because I don't like hospitals anyway.
My fear was relieved by nurse Irena and the anesthetist Micha at the latest when I was preparing for the operating room, thanks
In summary, from the reception to after the operation, all the nurses and carers were super nice and helpful.
And also thanks to the surgeon Dr. Hoburg, you explained everything to me well and did a good job.

Terribly long waiting times for an operation. You feel like you are in a train station. Waiting two hours would have been great ... The sister named R. was a terribly unfriendly person I had never had anything like it! One is hardly noticed. Next time I'll go to another hospital.

I already had my second outpatient surgery in the western clinic. Unfortunately this time it was not to my satisfaction. The reception and the waiting time was great, but the sister who was supposed to give me access did not have the right hand that day. At first she did not hit the vein and then injected the anesthetic into her arm and not into the vein. In addition, the drain hose was not opened, so that the wound water could not drain properly. Unfortunately everything went very badly.
