Great Service - Hydrochem have been looking after our sampling, testing, and treatment for over 20 years and we have always been delighted with the service given.

Fantastic company - I had a positive result for legionella in my hotels water system. The Hydrochem team came out the same day and fully cleaned and disinfected my system. Top marks for speed and service. Price was also very competitive.

I have been dealing with Hydrochem for some months now and I have to say that they have gone above and beyond to assist me. Their water treatment knowledge is second to none and the descaler and softener products are probably the best I have come across. The team I have interacted with have been positive and very polite and at no point have I had any issues or concerns. So much so I am currently working with them on cleaning my heating system.

Amazing service, outstanding knowledge - Highly recommend

I have used HydroChem for years for our chemicals. I regularly buy salt for our water softener and TR16 for water treatment works. Recently I have been buying Sterichelle for our cleaning and fogging service. I can't fault it! Hydrochem have not increased prices during the pandemic/lockdown on the contrary they reduced pricing last month as they were funded by the government to increase production and past all the savings back to the customer. Proper business and proper service. They will come in early and stay late if you need them... always a pleasure to work with them.

Absolutely shocking company to work with, staff look sick of their lives & haven't got a clue what they are doing.

Just as well HSE didn't come knocking on my door, stay clear!
