I would also advise against my worst enemy the purchase of Zephir products. Briefly: purchase of the Zephir dual split air conditioner, I assign the assembly (July 2016) to a company that certifies the system as expected from June 2014. Air conditioner never activated, I operate it days ago. Zephir (which assigns assistance to a third party company) does not provide the guarantee as per law, alleging that there is a problem in the electrical system of the condominium. Result: air conditioner never used still under warranty> warranty not offered for reasons provided by those who have to offer the warranty> Euro 400.00 for the repair (external unit card) and problem resolution time 10 days. One question: how do you handle shame in these cases? Because it must be really a lot.

I love Westim, not only are the products reliable, but I can guarantee that the company is always available in case of malfunctions or defects.
I have worked in a shop that sells their wares, and I can tell that NONE of the other suppliers have ever been as quick and courteous in providing.
I can only recommend them to everyone, really.

I must necessarily give a star to the assistance of zephir products, I have been waiting for a warranty intervention on a climate for more than a month and they do not solve it. In my experience the support on Zephir products does not work and I would not buy this product again.

I bought ZEPHIR ZMW2030 unfortunately I have to report a serious defect. The shop has replaced me with your fan heater for three times for the same reason and that is, after the first attention stops heating. From the moment I understand a little I stopped bringing back the artrcolo to the shop and the open o the flaw and in the component before the bimetal connected by the blue cable it should be a diode since after the first time it stops and no longer leads the current to the resistance. However after replacing it with a slightly more powerful one my problem has been solved
