Michelle called and made an appointment with my Project Manager's voicemail. I called when our $32,000 worth of merch (that we are installing 8 hours away from home-base) didn't show up. She stated "There wasn't enough room in my driver's truck" ....No one bothered to call us or offer an apology. She tried to tell me it would be delivered around 1pm the following day. I stated that was totally unacceptable and it needed to be the first delivery - she agreed. Now this morning I called in again and it is not delivering until 1pm. Not Okay.
