for a year my garbage and recycling has been once a week. I happen to have a super full bin this time and this is the first week they decided not to show up. I called to ask if there was a delay and was told that my recycling has always been bi-weekly and that they only do it bi-weekly yet somehow all my neighbors on the same street except myself and one other had their recycling taken. it's one thing to be late or untimely but it is another to try and make it seem like i am misremembering the frequency. consistency is crucial and this is just infuriating.
Efficient reliable available. Love recycling and products (soil, gravel, etc)
Worst prices in the country. And 2 days with a container for a construction job is ridiculous. 12$ for additional days. What a joke. Oh and they have the lockdown on the county and they are the only one you can rent from. Can you say monopoly...smh good luck
We've been both a business and consumer customers of Recology for 15+ years. They're overall performance has been excellent. Like any firm dealing with a fast growing community, and changing disposal infrastructures, there's been hiccups in operations. However, they have always managed to rectify any mistakes and have kept us happy. Cut them some slack.
Honestly, so dependable and friendly drivers to boot. Love the new branding and appreciate what the business does in our community.
You will need to dump your garbage on there from steps, they will not pick it up from your home even when you pay on time...Arg.
I have called RWOW several times and have always had excellent customer service. The curbside pick up service is always reliable.
Over priced. Haven't had our garbage picked up in a month even though our bill is paid and cans are in their proper place. I've found it's cheaper (but more of a hassle) to take our trash to the dump ourselves.

Dose not do what was promised. can almost never get anyone on phone and when you do its pulling teeth to get them to promise anything then fall to do what they promise. if there was anyone else I would change providers

Now $3 a bag to accept styrofoam? Seriously??? How in the world could it cost that much to resell it to the recycler? This kind of unreasonable pricing will just make people put it in the landfill bin or the recycle bin and make it somebody else s problem.
Disappointed in safety. Asked me to go in the work zone. I did not have a hard hat nor safety shoes.
Also, I guess he wanted a tip. The guy kept asking if I had cash. Also, asked if I wanted to do debit, then took my card away. I guess he wanted my pin number. Seemed weird.
A service rep has answered whenever I call, and they've been most helpful informing me about schedules, materials that recycle, etc. as my wife and I move in. Pickups have been timely and relatively quiet compared to past experiences. Staff at the electronics recycling have been helpful, even when I showed up inadvertently late one time.
Worst customer service ever. And, the crappy part is they have a monopoly on the market. Wish we had other options and terrible billing practices. Such a racket.

Never answers the phone. Doesn't send out garbage pickup calendars (just recycle/yard debris calendar) to customers, so we have to call to have them sent out, but...never answers the phones.
they are way over priced for the shity services they think they're providing, I pay for garbage pick up and recycle pick up they don't seem to do the job I've paid for but yet I'm still charged.
I own a demolition company and deal with lots of different companys but Recology is the worst garbage company I have done work with by far, none of the lady s in the office know what s going on and wouldn t even give me the truck drivers number so I could contact him to figure things out (every other company let s you contact drivers because they actually know what is going on out there) it is very disappointing that you don t get to choose from different garbage companies because otherwise I d never do business with them again.
So Monday my yard debris didn't get picked up I called was told they be here Tuesday no one came. Called again was told they'd be here Wednesday no one came. I didn't bother calling again because apparently no one gives a damn so I'm wondering exactly what I'm paying for? I have one small garbage can that gets picked up twice a month and for what you charge I expect everything that's put out there to be dumped. If your guys cant handle their jobs I can. I can drive and pick up what I want when I want.
