Worse service ever. Once I got there I did the paper work they told me to wait for them to call me to do my xrays and that happen a hour 1/2 so when they did that the nurse told me to go to the lobby and wait until they call me to get a room so a hour passed and they called me to go to the room and wait for the dentist so I waited almost 3 and no one came they close at 7 and they still didnt attend me so I just walk out and left. The dentist ask me if I was been help and I said no and didnt do nothing about it. It was the worse experience i ever had and this is my first time going there. I'm not going back there.

Arshia the hygienist did a excellent job cleaning my teeth I had a lot of tartar because of braces but she got everything out.. I recommend her to anybody she s really good at what she does!!

June 25th., I had a confirmed appointment at 3:30. I make my appointment on time. At 4:10pm, I was told there are 5 people ahead of , and the staff only has two doctors.

No problem I said, in regards to the time I would have to wait. I just wished I would have been given the option to reschedule.

If the front desk would have given me that option, I would not have set in the lobby for 40 minutes.

It s not my fault the office only had two doctors, on today s date June 25th.

Very unkind and unprofessional from the front desk.

This Western Dental location is terrible. The front desk receptionists, all have the worst attitude problems. Not friendly people, not inviting. Don't give this location 1 penny of your money. The management does not care how their employees behave, and they will support there awful customer service manners. The only reason I gave it one star was because I couldn't give it 0. Look elsewhere for another facility who will treat you with respect, and not like trash.

Tooo long of a wait but good customer service .A bit ghetto . Like I said too long of a wait and I had an appointment.

TERRIBLE!! WAITED 3 HOURS AND STILL NO DENTIST I GOT MY EXAM AFTER 1 HOUR 1/2 BUT SHE STARTED TALKING SPANISH TO ME AND I SAID I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING SHE FINALLY SPOKE A LITTLE OF ENGLISH. SHE ONLY TOOK THE EXAM OF MY ONE TOOTH NOT ALL OF THEM. THEN SAID GO BACK TO THE WAITING IT WILL BE 5 MIN. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 10:30 AT 1:30 I HAD TO GO BECAUSE I NEEDED TO GO TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

Coming into the dentist after haven't seen one in over 5 years it was bad.... But the care here got me back to that wonderful smile... Arshia the Hygienist gave me more reason to smile again after that long period of time going without seeing one... So thank You so very much everyone.. Peace and Love...

I love this clinic !! From Front staff to back staff Doctors/Assistants make me forget am at a dental office. Excellent ! I would 100% recommend !!.. Been going here since I was 8 yrs old !! Over 12 yrs of extraordinary service !!

The staff is always friendly but even during COVID times I end up waiting 3+ hours for a routine dental exam and cleaning. This is unacceptable.

I went as a walk-in on a friday morning with horrible wisdom teeth pain and I waited about 30 minutes to get called in. Once inside getting my X-rays taken they treated me great and helped me feel comfortable. The dentist, Vahedi, was really nice and sweet and showed that he cared unlike other dentist I've met at other western dentals. I had an infection which made it impossible to get my teeth pulled out that day. But Dr. Vahedi was still very caring while he proceeded with the rest of my treatment, regular cleaning. He prescribed me pills for the infection on my wisdom tooth and the pain and told me to come back some other day and get my teeth pulled out. I made an appointment for the following friday with the specialist, because I was told that he was really good and fast at extracting wisdom teeth.

Okay so today is day 2 (wisdom teeth are out) and I can honestly say I feel good. I mean obviously yes it hurts a bit and my mouth feels weird having four holes in it, obviously. But my face is rarely swollen and the bleeding is very minimal so I am not complaining.
So if anyone ever needs their wisdom teeth removed I highly recommend you guys this Western Dental and ask for the specialist Sergey Sirenko. He only goes every other friday there but trust me he is great! My procedure lasted about 35-40 minutes. It was quick, got 4 shots of anestisia, waited for it to take effect, then got 6 more shots of anestisia, and finally he just took all four teeth out and that took less than 10 minutes. And I did not feel a thing. I felt slight pressure for the bottom molars but nothing else. He gave me strong meds so I havent felt horrible pain. My swollen cheeks only lasted while the anestisia was still in effect and now my cheeks are almost to regular size and they only feel a bit sore.
I can honestly say the dentist there are very good at their jobs and they talk to you with a great manner and they show they cared, unlike other dentist.
So highly recommend this specific Western Dental!

So rude I made an appointment two days ago I waited three hours never got called on went the next day just to get yelled at save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I am a retired Doctor and my daughter s implants done In this office, I used to be a patient With Dr. D 15 years ago from Pasadena Western Dental And I still have his root canal s and crowns he did In great shape. That s why we followed him to his new location And he took care of my wife, daughter And grandkids.
Dr. D has the best work ethics and the best specialist that you can imagine, very knowledgeable and Very professional. The only downside Is the unbelievable wait time, And this is because of the short staff, And that is not his fault or anybody s fault in the office, It s the management at corporate where they schedule many patients And do not provide enough staff to accommodate and balance the wait time.
I called their corporate twice and informed them About this but look like no improvement!
If Dr. D is not there we will never think about Going to Western dental at all, Many times we waited over 2 hours but because of Dr. D and only Dr. D it s worth it.

You requested another review via email. I already gave a scatching review on yelp and although was left in serious pain you still sent a letter rejecting further exploration of the problem. This came the same day you replied to my YELP review by saying I should call and see what can be done.Your letter stated to the contrary so the State (my employer) is changing my insurance and I will add to that review on YELP once I'm treated by a doctor trained to do dentistry other than scant cleanings and a filling now and then.

I had a lot of bad experiences with this company.

Initially I made an appointment with a dentist over a toothache and the customer service rep put me down for an orthodontist appointment without asking if I even wanted braces. Not to mention that customer service rep put me down at the incorrect office. So I had to call again and change the location for my services. Additional time wasted.

So I had an appointment at 10am with the ortho and an appointment at 11am with the dentist.

I showed up at the ortho and the lady at the desk basically asked why I was there and I said that someone over the phone just made my appointment and that s when I was asked if I wanted braces, and I said no. And she told me then not to come to an ortho appointment if I don t want braces, so I left and went to the dentist waiting area 50 minutes earlier than I had to. So I was kinda mad because I had to wait additional time just because the customer service reps are unprofessional.

When I walked into the waiting room at the dentist there was at least 15 people waiting from a 9:30 appointment. So I checked in and sat down. Then I waited, my appointment was at 11, so I knew I had to wait. It was 12pm and the people that were waiting when i arrived were still waiting. I knew if they had been waiting about 3 hours, I wouldn t get helped for another long while. So I got up and rescheduled.

I m never going to another Western Dental office again. They are unprofessional and overbook their waiting rooms and have no regard for people s time. They are money hungry and want to help as many people as they can when they don t even have the amount of staff to accommodate as many people as they have scheduled. Because they scheduled me for an ortho appointment without asking me. I wonder what other treatments they would have had me take and then billed me for.

I won t ever recommend this company or this office to ANYONE.

Had me there for nearly there three hours had a really bad tooth ache in deep pain they took x-rays but that was it a doctor came in look in my mouth and said that they had other patients before me sorry but I m not coming back to place again service here was terrible

The 1st day of my appointment, they took xrays , then they provided service to get gum impressions for gum treatment, I placed a down payment for the gum treatment service, unfortunately, every appointment I had, the impressions were not ready,they kept scheduling appointments for me to attend and I never received the gum impressions. Be careful not to sign their contract for services that you will never receive. You will be responsible for paying regardless if you have what you paid for or not. The staff lied and said I never showed up to scheduled appointments. That is a crooked office. Do not go their for service

The first time I had my deep cleaning was by Arshia, the dental hygienist at this Western dental. It was beyond pleasant. She reassures her patient is comfortable before beginning the procedures & she is very gentle with her hands. I endured 0 pain and I was very relaxed throughout the entire procedure! I am no longer afraid of getting a deep cleaning and she is the best hygienist I've ever experienced with! Come in and see her! She's such a pleasure and you'll be far from disappointment.

I had been having a horrible time with the front of the office for the past 4 months but the care and knowledge I got from Arshia and Arlene changed my mind. Arlene went out of her way to help me and Arshia took a holistic approach to helping me with my procedure. Arshia always made sure I was comfortable and ok.

They are worst ,they suck money.
I have done regular checkup for my daughter nothing was wrong I asked them do what covered under insurance and they send me 150$ for nothing.

I was given a 10:30 appointment. I showed up at 10:20 and was told there was an hour wait. The waiting room was packed and it was obvious that the wait time was going to be much longer than an hour.

I left immediately and found a new dentist. This place is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about my time or the fact that I took hours off work to come in. Don't take on more patients than your staff can accommodate.

Arshia did a great cleaning and explained everything regarding how to take good care of teeth and gums and use the gum trays. Very happy with her! Thank you Arshia

I just got my 4 wisdom teeth out. I know it was a lot of teeth but damn they did a amazing job, I even use my AirPods to keep me distracted even tho I was asleep lmfao. But god bless wester Dental and all the doctor and nurses. I didn t feel no pain or any problem. Now am going to sleep.

This western dental is really bad I had a cleaning at 10 and there where only 5 people i finished at 2. Everyone there where complaining about the service and the wait time trust me if you wanna find a dentist do not go here.

Terrible hold time, literally 2 hours waiting with no update, had to ask about the status of my appointment 2 times, and both times they provided inaccurate false time frames. They just keep stating 1 other customer infront of me on their queu, yet have attended more than 1 customer before me. Service is terrible, 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting and still no service..

It s been almost 2 years that I haven t had a deep cleaning and Arshia Hygienist was the one who made it happen. My experience was very good and she made me feel comfortable.

I want to give this place 2 stars I'm so annoyed with the visit we had, but the staff was nice and patient so I gave it 3. Plan 2-3 hours for your first visit as it takes forever. The woman at the front desk said this is one of their big offices so it takes longer. I don't recommend this location especially for a first time visit and if you have kids with you. After 1 hour and 30 minutes and the only progress we made was xrays and not even a cleaning I requested we skip the talk with the doctor since the xrays were fine and just do the cleaning; so I have no feedback on the doctor himself.
Next time we will visit another location.

Terrible place. DON'T GO THERE! They schedule many patients for the same time and they make you wait at least 2 hours. They scheduled my wife for a deep cleaning that lasted 5 minutes when they have said it would take at least 4 visits. They go upset because we did not purchase an expensive treatment they were offering.
Without even asking, they did four metal fillings and when we complained they did not offer any solution and said that that's what was covered by the insurance. The persons at counter are very rude and always seem as if they don't want to be there. Not the patients fault!

My experience at Western Dental was great. Doctor Arshia was such a great help. She was very gentle, and asked me if was okay a couple times. I just want to thank her for the service she did today. Thank you Doc Arshia! You have a soft hand. :)

They have you wait several hours before you even see anyone even when you have an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment?? This makes no sense. They need to get it together.

Made an appointment at 10am, it's now 10:57. Some of us have better things to do than wait. I understand waiting for 15-30 minutes, things happen, but this is ridiculous. What's the point of making an appointment.

My appointment was for 1:00 PM and after 2 hours wait and my inquiry to the reason for such a wait I was told that there are only 2 Doctors working in this office and its seems that there is an overbooking pressure. To me it shows total mismanagement and disregard to the patients. I for example had to leave before I could see the Doctor and that was because I have other health issues that prevent me from staying. And this cause me total discomfort.

I was in this office few times before and it was much better than this time. for that reason I'll rate you 2 stars. But the reality was no stars.

His mind set I had my appointment at 9 in the morning, I arrived 10 minutes before and I got that in two hours Ivan to attend me I think that is not correct

I suppose I may just be getting lucky with the timing of my appointments but I've never had to wait any longer than I have at other dentist offices. I've had to go in for multiple appointments in the past month or so and they've all been good. The billing ladies are great at explaining what's what and they've been great at answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Plus, Dr. Soto had to repair a number of cavities on my front teeth and she did a fantastic job. You can't even tell that they're there, and the discomfort that I'd been feeling from the cavities is pretty much gone

Arshia made sure my mom was well taken care of during her cleaning. She was attentive and made I knew what she was doing.

Im a new patient and its so sad while one of the lady at the desk is helping someone while trying to get the copy machine work. Her coworker on the other side of the desk is browsing on her personal phone. This supposetly a place you can trust with your teeth. Just the girls at the desk are displaying a really bad impression of how the staff is at the location. Very unprofessional. Ladies!!! you are a reflexion of how the staff at back is at this location. Managers invest in training the front staff at being professional and customer service oriented. They are plenty of dentists out there to select from.

Came here for my dad, he made a appointment at 1pm. Is 2 pm and no service. Got here earlier to do the paper work in the car, the office ladies take temperature before entering. They are horrible at not letting you know before hand what they need from your insurance before getting here. They should notify patients that they need insurance approval to send to them by fax and that they need it with the patients name if they can t do that task themselves... SMH!! Also... YOU NEED SERIOUS HELP ON WAITING TIMES! Be front and tell people that they are going to be waiting a LOONGG TIME! Don t apologize for the poor service!!!

The service is good but the wait is ridiculous...i had an appointment at 1pm didn't get seen til well after 4pm. The Dr numbed my jaw and left out of the room, the numbness is wearing off and my tooth still hasn't been pulled.....uggggh so annoyed.

I had a X-ray checkup and the wait time in so bad I had to wait over 3 hours just for my X-ray if any of you see this do not go to this dentist.

I had a 2:15 appointment and I was admittedly 45 minutes early. I filled out their terrible forms including one which I refused to sign which says I could not sue them for any reason. I waited patiently had an hour past my appointment time I went up to the front desk and asked when I would be seen. They told me it would be a minimum of an hour and a half to two hours. I asked why wasn't I told that at the beginning and did not get a response from the receptionist. I further asked that's I had heard there would have been no dentist on the facility and it would be no dentist there for a month! She said yes that is correct. I came in to see a dentist. Don't waste your time at this place they treat you like cattle.

They tell you a time than you wait 4 hours outside because they wanna accept as much people as possible for money instead of caring about covid and peoples health
