Don't bother getting a phone call or email back. More than four weeks have passed I am still waiting to hear back. Recruiters won't act unless their supervisor is involved.
I was also told the only industry jobs they could find me would pay $10k less per year than industry average! Waste of time just to be ripped off. Avoid this place! Find a job on your own terms!

I felt them very unprofessional.. My husband was contacted almost everyday for a local job opening and his telephone interview with client was also over. The interview went well, but after that no news from them.. they won t pick up phone calls or respond to emails after that.Even if he is not selected in the interview, the professional approach is to inform the interview results or any plan changes from their side..I feel it is not worth wasting our valuable time and effort for them..And I am pretty much sure that these 5 star ratings are given by themselves.. otherwise who will give for this pity treatment.. I am surprised that even after these many negative reviews, they have not improved or changed still..
TEKsystems placed an employee with my company for which we paid a 20% recruiting fee. Less than 6 months later, the employee left...TO WORK AT TEKSYSTEMS. No discussion...they took my money then hired the guy I paid them for. Not a great business practice!
They let a client mistreat me. I was not properly trained and was degraded when I asked a question or was put down when I did something wrong. I drive over 160 miles twice and was given $75.
I applied for a position with TekSystems back in June of this year, I was called for a phone interview, which went well. I was then called for a face to face interview about a week later, that went very well also. The interviewer seemed very nice and it was actually one of the best interviews I had ever been on to that point. The interviewer even called me back the next day and said he was going to send me a list of open positions they had and wanted to know what I thought of those opportunities. I replied back through email,. then I waited for a response from him......... and waited and waited. I then called him, no answer so I left a message. Still no response. I even sent him a LinkedIn message asking him if he received my reply........nothing. Still to this day after several attempts to contact him he has not had the courtesy to return a call or email. I was extremely frustrated over that incident and felt it was very unprofessional to just ignore me and not respond, especially given his apparent interest in me as a potential employee. My advice would be to stay away from that company if that's the way they treat applicants. They either don't realize of just don't care that there's someone on the other end desperately trying to find work and they're leaving them hanging like that. Not good.
Got an email from Google asking if I worked here and if I would write a review...Creepy factor aside, I actually did work here. Even though it was years ago, it's kind of hilarious to see that nothing has changed. It really is an awful place to work and the environment is toxic. Recruiters are coached on ways to deceive potential contractors with the false promise of "temp-to-hire" positions and account managers are trained to bait & switch bill rates on contracts. Also, for the folks complaining about not getting call backs about a job, you're better off.
