The only place in the Western USA that I trust with my aircraft

You have to be part of the key players club to get ahead. (Or you wont get invited to the DOMs lunch) This means knowing how to play head games with mamagement. seems like the more lies you tell the better you do. Just smile everyday and say yes sir this will get you everywhere. Point out people's mistakes instead of helping them to learn, and ridicule them in front of everyone. Supposed to do randoms here, but if they did would loose quite a lot of people . I'm tired of trying to do my best here, seems like I don't fit because I'm one of the good guys.

Western Aviation in Boise is normally standard when it comes to maintenance on the PC12. As of late there is much to say about their customer service in maintenance. The service manager is great, many times going above and beyond his duties. He returns texts or calls after hours, doing what he can. The other maintenance management has said that I m the ONLY customer that requests a phone call to explain each item in regards to work scope. Man when I heard that I sunk down to 12 tall. I really was a kick to the ball$ - ouch. $40,000 means nothing to them it would seem. They contradict each other when communicating to the customer. I heard 2 completely different stories in regards to an engine heater wiring harness as well as an oxygen mask. So disappointed, I put Western Aviation at the very, very top of the mx podium. They have all the tools to stay there. I was told they are running 20% short in mx and struggle to meet deadlines. I guess I m supposed to offer suggestions and that golden 1 and done answer. I sorry I don t have it for you guys. I ve defended Western Aviation each and every time there has been an organization that has had doubt. Western Aviation is better than this. Many times I wonder if I had a higher serial number I d get treated much better.

My experience with Western Aircraft was great from start to finish. My company uses Western to manage their aircraft, Ron was a great pilot and made our trip enjoyable from Missoula to Boise and back to Missoula. I would recommend using them for charter service any time.

No stars. Maybe be a place for customers but they treat hardworking employees wrong & their SUPERVISORS LIE. Not a place for hardworking honest people!

All the way from sales of a new aircraft to providing service over the past 8 years, I will avoid doing business with this Company. There are other companies that will provide better quality and end user experience, do your research.

This place has better prices than Jackson Jet and is just as nice

Great spot to stop. Really clean facilities and nice snacks available. Friendly personnel that go above and beyond. Great experience.
