Starter construction company good to work for good pay

Their trucks want to run you off the road. I hope they frame better than they drive.

Did framing for 6 months. At first the pay was good but after 3 weeks it started to go down. One guy became supervisor so I noticed his check getting bigger and mine smaller. Same amount I was missing was the same amount his check increased. I called the office and sent emails.. they told me its up to the supervisor so nothing was done. 6 days 10-12 hrs shifts for $250 was no good so I quit of course. Started off with $600 weekly. Ended with $250.. bull..

This guy on that pickup truck with the logo Westcor framing cut me off and I-15 and almost hit me. Truck number 485. Hopefully you don't do your job like the way you drive

I work here. I love Westcor! It's a small company with a single owner, Good pay, opportunities for overtime and growth. We always improve ourselves and I'm fortunate enough to have great co workers and staff. Upper management has been very flexible, fair, and assuring during hard times.
