One star because that s the least available option. Unprofessional staff, obnoxious to say the least. The doctor told me to go somewhere else after expressing my lifelong difficulties with my feet. So unprofessional and too personal. He told me I m not used to being told no. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They re in serious need of training and development.
I had a great experience. I received personalized attention, the doctor spend time with me and explained my condition in detail, help me find a solution to my foot problem immediately. The set up is in a way that you can walk out of the office with orthotics for a reasonable price. You get to test your orthotics and if anything is off, you can get it corrected right away in the same office visit. It s time and cost effective. Will return to this office.

I regret going here. The doctor was not clear with the procedure that I had to do or the time that I had to stay off my foot. I only got bits and pieces of information as days went by. After the procedure I was calling them on a day the office was supposed to be open and nobody answered. I left a message, no response. And no call back either. I wouldn t go here again
I had to put a star so I can write the review. The place has an excellent location, however Im here for my appt. and the office is closed...not a single call from the desk the day before to cancel or confirm the appt. like most places do as a courtesy!
The place looks nice and clean but I doubt the service and podiatrists really care about the patients...
