Would not recommend this company. If you are looking to buy an orangery/garden room, choose someone else. The customer service is appalling and they charge ridiculous prices for any changes to your original order EVEN when it is their error.
Currently working for Westbury Garden Rooms as a freelancer, after working as an employee for 6 months. Lovely products, lovely customers, lovely suppliers. The wonderful housekeeper is there to make tea and lunches for everyone every day, and the office dogs are always there to make you smile. Personally, I found that Westbury were highly understanding and accommodating when I was going through a difficult time, and supported me when I relocated back home. They where very encouraging as I started up as a freelancer for the first time, and I'm now very grateful that I can carry on working with them.
Their van drivers are absolute morons, they will kill someone, hopefully themselves!
If their workmanship is the same as their driving avoid at all costs!

We have worked with Westbury for many years on a number of residential projects. As a kitchen design and manufacture company, we can only install our bespoke handmade kitchens in a fully finished room setting and Westbury have always ensured that the projects we work on together are project managed in the most efficient way possible with constant communication between the two companies.

We are in Sussex and were invited to visit their factory in Essex to see the sophistication of their design and manufacturing process - all very impressive. The comprehensive solution offered by Westbury was equally impressive from design and planning through demolition, ground works and erection of the garden room to all the finishes and a final clean. A one-stop shop that was professionally managed throughout. These people know what they are doing and we would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely love my new Garden Room. The team at Westbury were great and we felt our project was in safe hands at all times. We looked at other companies before choosing Westbury, would definitely recommend visiting them for a factory tour if you re unsure.
