I spent a lot of time looking on line for a glass lantern for our single story extension. From engaging with Annabel at Just Lanterns the journey was fantastic. I had a number of emails asking questions and for quotes all of which were answered promptly and with great detail. I was going to use my local window company who always do an excellent job of the doors and windows in house but there were quoting around 4000 which was too much. The price i paid was less then half and I am super pleased with the result. The package arrived safe and quickly with no hitches. My builder fitted it and he was very impressed with the quality of the fit and the way it clicked together easily. Highly recommended and looks stunning. Many thanks again!

I stumbled across Just Roof Lanterns on Pinterest and I'm so glad that I did as they sell the timber bifold doors that we wanted to complement our house. Annabel was very accommodating and arranged for us to visit another customer's house with the bifold doors that we were interested in which was much closer to us. Annabel patiently dealt with my various queries for about 4/5 months until we placed an order and acted professionally at all times, always happy to assist. A great experience with the team at Just Roof Lanterns, from start to finish. We felt the whole project was in very safe hands with Annabel from the get go. Great communication & excellent outcome, resulting in a beautiful bespoke roof, which I believe had to both twist slightly and taper! We re currently restoring a Victorian cottage and I stumbled across JRL on the internet. I was impressed by the other customer reviews and, after researching bespoke sash windows and French doors, the best ones I had seen were the ones on the JRL website. They arrived on Friday and I m bowled over by how amazing they are...so was my usually hard to impress builder who was able to fit them the same day, with no problem whatsoever. A beautiful, well-crafted product. I can t recommend them enough. I ll be using them again when we start our next project.

I decided on the self assembly York Lantern, it now fully assembled and looks fantastic. Great design and reasonable price given the quality. The only minor issue was the brackets were missing from the original order but to Annabel's credit this was resolved and the items were couriered out within 24 hours.
