I volunteer there. I think it s great for the community that need more help. The grocery stores and donations really help out a lot! I get a lot of thank yous and bless yous from the clients. Wonderful organization!

Visit either twice or 4 times a month, well stocked, nice staff and volunteers, quick service, not a lot of red tape.

Friendly food pantry. Milk eggs and more. Twice a month for full food order. Walk in.

WONDERFUL PLACE! You get an amazing amount of food....very friendly staff. Love that you get to choose what you want, & not just a bag filled with stuff that you end up giving to someone else, because you don't care for it. I highly recommend this place, currently ID & current utility bill is all you need. Try it,...you'll like it!

If you are in need and need a little more to make it thru the week, try these guys. They are very resourceful. They help you out twice a month with groceries. It is very easy to sign up and the people there are very helpful and nice. The food there use to not be so good. But now they have gotten a whole lot better. They are very mindful and passionate if you have children. Remembering birthdays and helping out on the holidays. You are also welcome to give a helping hand at anytime when things get better. Such as making donations or helping with your time. We all need each other.

As a Family support worker, this place is amazing. Such great work and awesome employees. My mind was blown with the assistance they give families.

I can't imagine anyone giving a place that works for God anything less than a million star rate. I have been blessed by West Suburban food pantry before when money has been super tight. The volunteers are so kind and polite. They make sure your family has what you NEED. I take God for placing his spirit in some people. Their is no judgement when you go to the pantry. You have to bring your ID, utility bill or lease and a good heart. You must in Dupage County and they also began excepting Bolingbrook and other locations.

Overall, I can't speak for no one but me and my family. We "Thank West Suburban for being a blessing in our community and pray God continue to bless you with the heart to give" As I will continue to pay it forward it's best to be a blessing to other's.

The people are always amazing!! They don't make you feel shamed.
The quality of the food is good.
They've got a new system because of the epidemic but, I miss being able to pick things that i need.
I completely understand though.
I just wish there was some sort of list we can request because money is extra tight, everyone's is but not being able to get essentials like toilet paper, deordorant/antiperspirant, garbage bags, dawn, ketchup, sugar, koolaid, etc. Is real difficult.

always go on Tuesdays and Thursday give great food and produce to keep me with food in my house all the month-long

I have a family of 8 and when husband lost job there where there to help. Love this place great place great people and great dood. Some pleaces try to give u really old meats that look so bad this place doesn't. If I could give it more than 5 s I would. Thank u all u do.

Very friendly and I would guess $300 dollars of groceries in our one trip. I heard there is another across town that is better, I have not been there. This one has more unique items...I am unique, therefore this one is better for me.

I used to love this pantry they uses to give exceptional quality food but the past couple months all the produce and meat I've gotten had to go straight in the trash cuz it was not edible.the people here are great and friendly but their quality control definently needs to be reevaluated.

It is easy to get there, you don't expect much. And the things that the box brings are really things you need

I love this pantry all the workers are very genuine and treat you like you are part of the family they remember each and every client Joe is awesome this place is a hidden gem in Dupage County

They do greasy work here. Everyone is so happy, helpful, and thankful for whatever donations you can provide. They are a great organization and we live doing donation drives for them each year. Thank you for all the great work you do for tube community!

Very nice and workable solutions with food issue's.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. They provide enough food to last 2-4 weeks, and it was extremely helpful to our family.

I'm was stun.. I was told that I couldn't get a large can of potatoes because it's only me and my son... Because my family is concerned small why would I be given less. Family come here for food it shouldn't matter the size of the family.like the item.Sad how we were treated
