West Seneca Police Department Review

Wonderful police department, officers are friendly and reasonable. Much better PD that cheektowaga.

Very bad experience last weekend latenite when I called (not 911) concerning the lunatic who lives below me in my apartment complex making unusual noises as he does mostly during the daytime (knocking on walls is his favorite)!!! Did not want a car sent out but wanted it documented so they sent TWO cars!!! Went downstairs to find the lunatic was down there already talking to them probably telling them I am the culprit because that is what he does, he likes to repeat what I say like a parrot or a two y/o!!! Then when one of the cops came to talk to me ... didn't introduce himself, was very rude and stared me down as if I WAS the one at fault!!! Needless to say I was very shaken by this as it was a call for help and I was clearly NOT helped and treated unfairly by this JERK who like many others love to flash their badge of authority!!!

Very rude and talk down to you...no wonders they got bad reviews ..

Great detectives but I had a girl officer take a report then stopped half way through and left me standing on the side of the road
