West Oaks Senior Care Review

Absolutely horrible, this place is never ever ever clean. My mother was there and I seen I cleaning lady mop the floor 1 time. There are never any clean sheets Or linen and as for the staff it depends on how often you show up. They also have thieves there, several things seem to come up missing and staff is well aware of this problem but don t seem to have a solution to the problem.

My mom has been here on the first floor for several years now and I absolutely love the nurse that cares for her during the weekend her name is lavender i think but she is not there a lot but when she is I can really rest assure my mother is well taken care of...thanks again

I would never put my mother in here again the workers are rude have no respect for others there s bugs in rooms that haven t been cleaned food on the floor it takes forever to bring my mother a shirt or any clothes so she can go to her appointment

I like west oaks. So far the staff is friendly and the place is clean..

Always dirty every time I show up. Sheets are hardly ever changed and residences seem like they get a bath once a week. The nursing staff all so never knows what's going on and seems more interested in gossiping then doing there job.

Dad was here for over a month. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Rehab helped Dad progress at a rapid rate. I highly recommend this facility.

Their customer service is horrible They do not change their residence only two or three times a day Staffing bring their outside life in to the work place they are rude mean and nasty

The nurses are friendly and good to the residence. Always smells pleasant. It is not easy carrying for so many but the staff here makes it happen. My mother has been na resident for a year and she is doing just fine.

This is a new post 2019.They stole my new wheelchair and gave me an old chair. The same chair I was using when I was there. The nursing staff is underpaid and short staffed but most try to keep a positive attitude. Notice I said most! There is this one nurse who only works weekends, they know who she is but they keep her on because they are so short staffed, she is so rude and disrespectful to anyone who crosses her path alone. I can not imagine what she does to anyone who is completely helpless and no one is visiting them. The rating they had when l chose West Oaks was a five star rating. Not true! Unlike me do your research. They are rated three star now and no doubt that rating is falling fast.

Some staff are nice, but the facility definitely does not deserve the 5 star rating.
