Staff is great.

This clinic has helped me stay off heroin for over 4 years! Helped me get my life together! But I do have to say the staff is horrendous! It's nothing but a job and money for them! Your recovery doesn't mean a thing. Only good people that work in the building is security!!

I called 3 times attempting to speak with an operator. It rang infinitely twice. The third time someone picked up and hung up right away without saying anything.

I have been a client for only about a month or so, and I have to say that this clinic isbrun professionally, efficiently, and also extremely importantly: with kindness and understanding. I'm in the process for signing up for 2 weekly outpatient groups to further help me in my path to recovery and keep me focused. Obviously, there will always be drama and conflict and everything else that comes with serious drug addiction-lets not forget, this is a methadone program. Its unspokenly expected that there'll be issues,hence security guards and a no loitering zone like most other methadone programs also instill. If you're in here to save your life from the abusive and painful cycle of drug addiction, I've yet to see a clinic with the vast medical and social services on site. I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with opiate addiction and is finally ready to quit. Also, its location is right around the block from Penn Station, so its an extremely quick and convenient commute.

Used to be the LAST RESORT for all methadone drop outs...Now staff is polite, professional,and caring without being OVERBEARING. I am happy l switched BUT do need to modernize type of meth given, ( still using orange diskettes/ white) when majority NY uses cherry liquid dispensed by computer

IT SIMPLY WASNT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A MEDICAL CENTER.

Very good staff from case workers to nurses .doctors and even security guards. I recommend to anybody want to recover from addiction.

I love my program I do the rite thing they do rite by me am going on 5 years clean because it works have to want it

Worst counseling on earth. Crooked, thieving nurse's and ridiculous amount of medicaid fraud.

Well..You must be a street addict to receive help here. The thousands of us who have been under a doctors care for medical reasons. Who are being forced off that medical care due to Pressure from the government to stop prescribing opiates. Have been taking opiates with a good quality of life for over 35 years. I would say I am quite addicted to opiates but I don't deserve help from this so called caring facility. Hence forth I will Lie cheat, do whatever I must to survice Being truthful..I guess is a sign of weakness.....Maybe Trump has something after all...I never though so before
