These people at bright point health are worthless, they like to waste your time & they never help you at all.
All they want is to charge your medicare. FRAUD !!!!

Nicole McPherson is my primary physician. I want to recommend her to anybody that is looking to maintain their health. She is well organized, extremely well educated and treats me very professionally and is a very nice person as well. I actually enjoy my appointments because she is very thorough and always treats my medical issues with urgency as they should be treated. Kudos to you Dr Nicole, you are the best. In fact you rock !!!

If your shelter sends you here tell them to send you someone else. This place is the worst.

The entire staff went into meeting in the middle of my appointment. The entire staff! My appointment was at 12:15pm. The staff meeting has now lasted 1 hour and a half!!!! I can t believe they would schedule me for an appointment today just so they can make me wait for them to go into a f$&in meeting. This place is total sh$t. Whoever is the director or manager here needs to be fired. All the staff here have a I can t be bothered attitude and are clueless on how to direct you to the right help.

Place has unreliable therapists, poor communication skills and their customer service could use help. The call center tells you one thing and once you get to your appointment, the clinic tells you another. I only like this place because of my PCP, Vanna Kham. She's AMAZING!! Please, step up your game, Bright point.

This defines the extreme gap between those who can afford quality medical care versus those who cannot.

Before the merge things ran very smooth here, which is why I came. But NOW... OMG, there is a line to sign in, I waited 10 minutes to get checked in and I have issues standing!
This is RIDICULOUS. There should be a sign in sheet and when your name comes up, you come back to the desk. What the heck....
I didn't want to leave but it looks like I will have to and who gave permission for a new Dr. Without my knowledge or consent?

They completely forgot I was waiting there over 1 hour to receive my bloodwork results. If I hadn't gone up to the window to remind them I was there, I'd probably be melted into the furniture!

2:30 hour wait time. Even though most procedures take 5 minutes.

Unless you have absolutely nothing to do in the morning, don't bother. Youll have to set a whole day just for a appointment fuffilment.

The office staff are disorganized and incompetent -- be prepared for an unnecessarily long wait

They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful and unhelpful group of medical team I ever met ! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE ! If you really need to get your health together I suggest bed stuy family health center
