Great price, fast shipping, and amazing customer service.

I work at a nonprofit summer camp in Minnesota called Camp Olson YMCA. Our sailing program needed a placement Lazer Vang Key for one of out Lazers. West Coast Sailing had not only the most affordable price but was able to deliver them to us in the shortest time frame. In addition to that, our staff member who ordered the piece forgot/lost the receipt. I called the customer help line about receiving a receipt and was very kindly helped. By the end of the phone call, I had the receipt sitting in my email inbox.

Absolutely top notch service. Seth worked with me in answering all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my Outback was outfitted exactly as I wanted it. I would highly recommend WCS without reservation.

Great Hobie Kayaks on hand for fishing abd recreation

Shipping envelope was shredded, but product ( Hobie Wave shrouds, stays and bridle ) was received in good condition anyway. Delivery was in good time and price was better than expected. A stronger envelope next time gets a 5 star rating. Thank you

Great customer service! I made an order of dinghy hardware and they forgot to include two small cleats. I emailed customer service and their response was "your cleats are shipping today." They made it right, right away, no questions asked.

Ordered some parts for my Hobie Island. Had some hiccups but Caitie in customer service was absolutely amazing in handling the problem. For the record, the order was a pretty small one but they addressed the issue immediately. Problem on friday, I had the replacement parts in my hand by monday.

Most definitely satisfied. I would definitely order from West Coast Sailing again. While I hope I don't have to speak with customer service next time, I know it'll be as smooth of an experience as can be.

I have ordered numerous items from West Coast Sailing this year (2018) and have been very pleased each and every time. The products are not unique - you can buy them from lots of places, but the combination of service, prices and shipping options distinguishes West Coast Sailing. I have purchased wet suit accessories, apparel, gear, hardware, line, and more. In most cases the prices were either competitive or the best, but when shipping is considered in the equation West Coast usually wins. West Coast has very detailed information and reviews/recommendations on their products and that is also worth a lot to me. Finally there is Gavin who has answered so many questions for me and helped me straighten out errors in my orders. All-in-all, West Coast Sailing is hard to beat! I did not get any freebies/compensation to write this review. All I got was great customer service, competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

I had been shopping for a Dynamic Dolly. No one in the SF Bay area handles them. I called several dealer before I tried West Coast Sailing. I couldn't have been more pleased with their knowledge and efficiency. The order was shipped immediately and I had confidence that I was getting exactly what I needed. I certainly would call them again to fill my needs.

West Coast sailing is my go to place for all of my sailing needs. The staff it's very friendly and more than willing to help with tech issues and will relate personal experiences based on products and equipment. Their shipping department does first rate packing and most orders are shipped out the same day they are received. I was once accidentally charged twice for a small inexpensive item and someone in their bookkeeping department called me back and alerted me to this before I ever realized it.
As I've mentioned before the folks at West coast sailing are on the ball. I would highly recommend anyone in need of quality gear, equipment or advice make West Coast sailing your first call.

I recently did a trade-in for a Laser. There was some miscommunication regarding the sail that went with it, but the WCS sales staff were forthcoming in resolving these issues. I'm happy with the transaction at this point.

I bought 50 ft. of dinghy line. This was the first time I've bought from this store. I was very pleased with the ease of the website. The product arrived in just a few days packaged nicely, and is very nice line.

Fantastic service. When I approached my local Hobie Kayak dealership with a request for 3 upgrade kits offered from Hobie as free under warranty through any dealer, my local Hobie dealer stonewalled me. West Coast Sailing saved the day. I placed an order for a few things to make my kayak correct & requested the upgrade kits. Within a very short period, I received two of the free upgrades direct from Hobie. The third upgrade item didn't arrive. I then placed a second order with WCS for an additional accessory & went ahead and ordered that third "warranty" kit as it is really a safety issue. The next business day, (today) I got a refund for the warranty kit & a note from Duncan explaining they had the item on hand & would send it now and then work it out with Hobie. I have a tracking number; it's already shipped! Thank you WCS!

these guys know what they are talking about, super customer service, very knowledgeable, always someone answering the phone, no run around, hard core sailers and they had what we needed, which took weeks and still no resolution from places like West Marine here in Florida, so it was awesome to find West Coast Sailing and we had all our laser parts delivered pronto. Will order again. You can even send them a picture of what you need and they will figure it out. Highly recommend

Unparalleled customer service from West Coast Sailing. I took the quarantine time to clean up and replace parts on my Hobie Tandem Island. Unfortunately, Hobie shut down during this time as well, meaning that many parts are backordered. West Coast Sailing has been very communicative about the situation, shipping parts as they become available, and always keeping me in the loop. You can't really ask for more than that when all navigating this new situation. As for the shopping experience, very nice website, easy to navigate, and easy to find Hobie parts by name, category or manufacturer's part number.

Picked up my sparking new Hobie Mirage Compass from these guys a few weeks ago. My yak was in the showroom with a revo 13 on one side and a outback on the other. I was able to show my wife the difference between the models and why I chose the Compass. My yak has been on the water and is perfect for me!! Great guys to deal with!!!

West Coast Sailing is the best place to get Hobie parts . They have the best prices on their products, and their customer service is outstanding. I had an issue that delayed my order, but their customer service team did everything they could to correct it.

Never had a problem until last order and MAN O' MAN, these guys fixed issue no questions asked due to USps failure. Sent replacement order and these folks are great to work with.

I can't say enough good things about the team at West Coast Sailing (this may be redundant if I praised them already after my first order). But they have super knowledgable staff who helped me source key specific small parts to refurb my old Catamaran and hustled the parts to me (in the chaos of COVID) so I could carry them down to my home in Mexico. I wanted to next replace the mainsail but on short notice and they hustled the sail to my SF home in two days. Called me to update the options when the specific color I ordered was out of stock. And their prices are super competitive too. I just wish every place I shopped had this level of intelligent hustling staff so responsive to their customers. Love them!

I have an old European sailboat that had a ket slot for a Vang on the Boom. I'd never set up before but after a bit of googling I found that Lasers used a keyed Vang as well. I found one for about $50 on ebay, but no measurements of the key.

A little more googling and I ran across West Coast Sailing. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone didn't hesitate. He found the item in stock and too calipers to it right away and asked if I wanted metric or standard measurements.

It was a good fit. I told him I'd buy one immediately if it was within $10 of the one I was looking at since he was so willing to help. When I mentioned the cost that I saw on the website he suggested I search by item number. This was for a practice (non-official racing) vang. The price was more than $10 dollars cheaper than the one I was looking at and even cheaper than the ebay vang.

What can I say, he made a happy customer!
