my review its not fake i have been living here for months now. its really untrustworthy agency , the neighbors make noise all nights during week until 5-6 am and the agency doesnt care about it.
Also i wanted to change my room to a cheaper one but they lied to me saying that is reserved but i could see that they bring paople to show the room which is very unprofessional behaviour. and lets see what will happen about the deposit when i leave the place and i will update my review telling you about deposit "policy" of this agency
if google had the option 0 star i would chose that one but becouse it doesnt have this option i give it one star.

Sorry experience! Cold treatment, delayed or non-existent answers, poor cleaning of the room and quality of the real estate, and very poor performance in the management of pests such as BUNCHES, MITES, etc. Little concern for the tenant!

Perfect! They help you before arriving in Madrid! They helped me with the management of the metro card and I arrived at their offices so when I arrived in Madrid the first thing I did was go through there and I already had my metro card, a sim card, and many recommendations of places to go. They also organize many very interesting and cheap parties and trips!

Didn t return my deposit after almost 3 months and required me to talk with accounting department myself
Flat with very unstable electricity + noises from neighbors + a lot of noises from construction + flatmates leaving due to COVID and also didn t return their desposit!!

Fun activities and a great way to make new friends for new students who are coming to Madrid.
