Awesome sandwich shop and deli. They have special sandwiches each month and a Sunday brunch.

Employee working on the cheese counter side was very offputting today and not friendly. Bought cheese elsewhere.

Pricier, very different menu with different sandwich ingredients and combinations. Crowded for lunch.

I really like this place. They have a fantastic menu, creative specials and delicious food. They are also amazingly popular, and have such a small space that lunch/brunch times can be hectic and have incredibly long waits. They serve good local coffee and have drink specials which rotate as well. Most everyone I have encountered who works there have been pleasant - you're sure to see the owners behind the counters as well (which to me is a good thing).

I got into the habit of going here every weekend because it's so delicious and fast and now I can't stop. Please help!

Dianna put me on track with the Hot Italian Beef sandwich and if l say it was not just great! It was the best l ever had, I'd be selling it short Really!
Next Dan brings out his loaded Blood Mary which was absolutely loaded and great.

It's good, tho most of the cheeses can be found at other grocery stores as well. Small selection, but good rec by store associates. Worth a visit

Very nice selection of aged cheese. And handmade sauce.pickles.BBQ sauce.wine. And don't be afraid to order lunch from the menu. Very good food.

They have come a long way so 've corner store. Fantastic variety of menu , food sandwiches taste , chip on side old, hard dry.
No cheese on chips shredded maybe your a cheese store..furniture ,space to eat uncomfortable ,hard ..would get it to go

This place has the BEST sandwiches! There breakfast poutine is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! The only down side is they are really really really small! So be prepared to wait for a table if you have a bigger group.

For the true Wisconsin experience, make this shop, with restaurant, your first stop. It's like a mini version of Mars Cheese Castle with a genuine neighborhood atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful, the food is expertly prepared and presented, and "BONUS* there's a small neighborhood butcher shop across the street, also under the same proprietorship. In total, you can find delectable cheeses, fresh meats & sausages (I found fresh Bangers here!!!), preserves, bakery specialties, a wide range of soft (and hard) drinks, and so much more! This is the reinvention of what was once a staple in our neighborhoods of old, and is a most welcome addition to the quaint city of West Allis.

Very friendly staff but thought they'd have a wider variety of cheeses. But I did get some whip string cheese that is great.

We always enjoy the "cheese orphans" Friendly staff. Wish they had fresh bread.

Wide variety of cheese, dried and deli meats, and whiskey in the general store. Over on the restaurant side the weekly sandwich social are delicious and reasonably priced. Great place to grab a bite, but it is so popular sometimes seating can be hard to come by! Stop here in the summer for the outside seating too.

Staff is very friendly and the food is very good. I love stopping in for breakfast on Saturday mornings.

Great lunch. Had the Neuske's liver sausage sandwich, it was everything a liver sausage sandwich should be. My dining compatriots all enjoyed their sandwiches as well. Will be back.

Food here is amazing but super busy most of the time

A great shop and a very nice cafe with hot breakfast, fantastic grilled sandwiches, and a full espresso bar all under one roof!

If you want an excellent taste of Wisconsin, this is the place. First of all, the shop includes any kind of cheese, sausage, or other type of local product (honey, jam, soda, etc. etc.) that you could possibly dream of. I always find something new (and most often tasty) to try. Second, just eat a sandwich from here. Please. Just do it. I dream of their sandwiches. They are incredible. I haven t ever had anything else because I am addicted to their incredible sandwiches, but I m sure the other food options must be just as delicious. The stall inside of the Milwaukee public market is equally as amazing. No quality is lost in the smaller market space.

When ever my wife and I go here the staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of cheeses and various meats as well. Cozy little cafe next to the store to sit down and have a bite to eat.

We have been here multiple times and almost always struggle to only walk out with exactly what we need. So many tempting things to try here.

Good variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Cheese shop with great variety of delicious cheeses, beer, wine etc. Good brunch spot.

I have two words for you, breakfast poutine. Yeah it's amazing. Three more if you're still not sold, Sima's French toast. If that's not enough for you I just don't think you deserve this place. They have more bfast items and tons of amazing sandwiches, and a store with cheese, sausages, housemade products, and other Wisconsin goods. This place is a treasure. Go for two meals a day you'll be satisfied.

The West Allis location has terrible customer service. The last time I was greeted here was when this shoppe was under the previous owner many years ago. Other than never being greeted, once I approach the counter for service (either at the deli or the restaurant) I'm treated as though they could care less if I shop there or not. Service is incredibly slow even when they're not busy. I enjoy supporting local businesses but I've given the benefit of the doubt one too many times for this business. Never again.

The food at the deli was fresh and delicious! I wish I could eat here more often. The cheese in the shop is always good, and I love the selection. I always find something unique. Great place for lunch or for fancy cheese!

I've only been to their shop, but can't wait to eat here because I've heard great things. Their shop is great to shop local and unique foods. I did a lot of Christmas shopping here! They have cheeses, sausages, sauces, jams, pickled things, alcohol, popcorn, and more! Definitely worth checking it out.

Delicious freshly made to order sandwiches, lots of delicious drink choices, outside seating on beautiful sunny days, & the staff are very accommodating!!! Definitely five stars!!!

After a couple of visits, this is now one of my top places to eat breakfast. It's the complete opposite of healthy, but everything on the plate is satisfying.
