They treat residents poorly and without any regard.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND FRIENDS FAMILY ENEMYS NEIGHBORS STRANGERS NOT EVEN A RAT TO WESLEY GARDENS Wesley gardens is the worst nursing home I have EVER come across they gave a man the wrong meds and killed him they dislocated a woman s leg and didn t fix it they ripped a mans private in half oh and the best part they put patients in a room with a woman they knew was possibly killing her roommates yea I said it and it s all the truth and there s so much more I can say but I won t I m currently looking to contact the state and the attorney general to be a voice for the many people Wesley has silenced or believe is silent workers have been forced to continue to care for residents without any materials Wesley has gone days sometime up to a week without linen cold winter months residents are with out blankets or even clean sheets and don t even get me started on the bed sores this place needs to be shut down these patients are being neglected and mistreated everyday they have bed bugs and employees witness patients on this floor needing help but walk passed them without even trying to help them up employees sleep while on the job this place is worst than prison and if you send your friends or family here you ll very much regret it just read the other comments and see for yourself.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER DO NOT TRUST THEM IN THE CARE OF THIS FACILITY. PLEASE.

A horrible experience. My husband went there for rehab following a long hospital stay. The place is very shabby and he did not get the therapies that were ordered. Food was terrible. A few staff were helpful. I pulled him out of there after 6 days.

WOW. This place is the worst I wouldn t even send my dog here. The staff doesn t even look at you when you speak to them. One star is to much for them.

I was sent here after my surgery. I was surprised that I had heard such great things about it. You do get private rooms but that's about it.

The PTs and OTs are exception able.

The only problem is on the weekends when only the OTs are on staff on Saturday.

The food is awful and you very rarelybgetva substitute.

I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Where do I start!!!This place is the worst to let a love one Go to attend.My mom had her Rehabilitation @Wesley Gardens,Not being able to walk My mom was (unattended) too Many times!!!that Was led of her falling Knowing my mom was a fall risk.She was left in her wheelchair unattended many many times.The training was not in place and lack of.Then mom fell out of bed once again she was not looked after & still a (fall risk) And now Black and Blue.What else can Happen you ask ???I was called from one of the nurse's saying my mom fell out of bed and hit her face and needs stitches!!The ambulance driver told me he was told Mom fell out of her Wheelchair.So I called and spoke with the supervisor who told me she will look into what happened and give her a day to get back to me!!!Guess what still no phone call almost a month later.The Ambulance driver told me Her rails were down on her bed with only 1 safety mat present not 2 on each side of her bed there was no alarms on the wheelchair for that matter.Or any alarm on her bed.Update on my mom On Sept 3rd my Mom passed away!!!Going into Wesley Gardens Was the biggest mistake of my life. I hope the owner gets shut down for lack of staff &I'm going to take action I promise.I took before and after pictures of my mom please dont bring your loved ones here the review of others should of been the best advice ever.DONT GO THERE!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!IF you decided to go there make your funeral arrangements!!!I did.

My mom has only been there 24 hours and it s ridiculous already. Only thing in her room is a bed and small night stand. The bed doesn t even have rails and she s afraid she s going to fall out!!!! Not even a clock is in this room. We ve pushed the call button and waited 30+ minutes for water and some Tylenol, and that s only the time I ve been there so far! Her roommate tries to get someone to help her to the bathroom and waits over an hour. I m surprised she hasn t wet herself yet!!! It s smells like death and feces in the hallways. We were told that she would at least get a tv but now we had to bring one in from home because there were no more. She s on the wrong floor for rehab because there are no open beds there! How were you guys able to set something up with the hospital if you didn t have room for the thing she in there for? Our family was not contacted to agree to this transfer!!!! Now we have to document and contact an ombudsman. This is ridiculous.

My father is in the rehab on the second floor. The staff are amazing and I love the way they treat you like family. My dad loves the food too.
