A handy pocket card 'Advice guide during cancer'. I can use that nicely in my practice for nutritional advice, to see if I have to refer in response to nutritional complaints or can give advice myself at Olijf Voedingsadvies (Utrecht region, Odijk). I use the Lifestyle and Cancer guidelines of the WKOF and Good Nutrition Guidelines of the NL Health Council.

I myself already donate research for cancer. And will bake for kika soon. Think this is a good initiative. We must be there for each other and help support each other

I quit smoking a year ago today! And I am quite proud of that!
When I got sick shortly afterwards my work went bankrupt ... so I was suddenly at home from working full time! After a difficult time to give this a place, I recovered, by walking a lot and doing volunteer work!
And so I stopped smoking, there are quite a few kilos, but I am working on that too!
I will get there step by step!

I really like all the information given here. And can agree with this. I do not have cancer myself, but I lost my father because of it and prevention is better than cure. I therefore support the KWF wholeheartedly.
