Wentworth by the Sea Country Club Review

I have played here for the last 20 years I love what Bill did with the club & Gordon is the best director of golf I have ever met.

Wentworth By the Sea is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful golf course on earth, and I have traveled a lot and played at many excellent courses. If you like a links course & are willing to join us. Wentworth is the best!

I had my wedding here in September, and it was absolutely amazing! I was initially hesitant to go with a venue that did not allow outside catering .. but I was reassured once I spoke with Holly about it. They allowed me to do a 100% custom vegetarian brunch menu and my guests loved it! I think that when you go vegetarian with a menu it has to be REALLY good quality and plentiful to avoid all those "where's the bacon" comments and Wentworth delivered.

The perfect weather helped a lot (I can imagine a rainy day here wouldn't be ideal - but you take that risk with any outdoor wedding). The staff, food, planning, etc. was all fantastic! Holly was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Also absolutely beautiful scenery.

Not the cheapest venue in the area, also not the most expensive. You definitely pay for what you get!

A great place to have your wedding. The staff are so friendly. Everything is conveniently located in one spot. Gorgeous water views for the ceremony, and a cross the long driveway under a tent for the reception. Space to get ready upstairs in the Country Club. This is one of my new favorite spots to film

By staying at the Wentworth by the sea resort I was able to access playing a round at this club. This place is breathtaking and it s hard to focus on your game by how beautiful the surroundings are, if you have a chance to play this course jump at it!

Beautiful club, though the staff was a little uppity. We were attending a wedding, but we were also Club Corp members at the time, with access to Wentworth. When we approached the bar, the reception left a lot to be desired...

We just had our children s wedding this past weekend at the Wentworth CC. Having a wedding during Covid was definitely a challenge but the skill set of the wedding coordinator (Jenna) made it all seamless. The ceremony was amazing and overlooking the harbor. While it was extremely windy they made everything work without a hitch!
The reception was nothing less than spectacular. The food (filet, chicken and veg) were all excellent and received thumbs up from all our guests. All our vendors enjoyed working with the team and said they would love to do more work here. We can t thank the team enough for the success of this special day. Thank you!

Great community. The way life should be. Everyone is so kind and easy going.

I am not a member, but I would be if I lived in the area and had the coin to join. I have played here a few times for company outings. The course is always in amazing shape and views are stunning.

Golf is great Rico and Gordon are great starts are the best.

Very low key, but high quality club. It is impeccably maintained, the food is excellent, and the staff is very pleasant. We are lucky to have such a good CC nearby.
