Staff and workers unprofessional. My mother needs help and they dont do there jobs. People there are rude they dont care about there work. My mother called and complained with a room mate they dont do nothing. Even lady use to live where my mother staying at. Had move because of her room mate. Stick up for my mother room mate and not hearing side of story. Then lied in court about alot of stuff. Got video prove claim but still win. Unprofessional and they dont care about people rights.

I have recently gone over a week with no heat with the temperatures dipping into the 40s at the 4029 Long Beach Road location I called and they had to turn it back on because it's illegal the temperature must be above 55 and it's not supposed to be turned off till May 31st it was turned off at the end of April to save on utility bills horrible

The work culture here is the worst I've come across. I was there for 2 years miraculously. They're cheap, unappreciative and they expect alot for less than $18 an hour. If you're 55 years old and been working with them majority of your life you'll enjoy the place because you don't know better. Otherwise two thumbs all the way down. RUN in the other direction!

I never got paid working here . They took back their job offer . I did a day of training . A white woman working there kept picking at me and the room they kept orientation in was hot ! It was summer , i was falling asleep , no air conditioner. She told the HEAD MANAGER i had a hang over ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Its a wonder building people are nice but there is never no parking.
