I'm confused how a reviewer could say this office was unprofessional. I decided to work with HowardHanna now (Wells Bowen then) based on their professionalism and integrity. You may unfortunately find that the "big chain" realty compaines are all about transactions and money. This is why after briefly working with other companies, "my husband and I worked with Ann at Wells Bowen. She was so genuine and down to earth and was so responsive/helpful throughout the whole process. My family has now used Ann for multiple homes both buying and selling. In fact last week she sold my grandparents condo. I highly recommend the company. The agents are good people that you can think of as friends. My sister in fact recently completed her real estate classes and will be working there based on the people and their business practices. They are worth looking at if you're a buyer or seller.
This company refuses to allow paper application submissions for rental properties, therefore making interested parties make multiple trips to drop off check stubs and sign things because they don't have a physical app. A realtor I worked with named Joy was very rude when she found out after a week of trying to get this property, I went with another one due to the ridiculous amounts of time having to jump through hoops to rent a house through them. She was extremely unprofessional the entire time dealing with her. I would not recommend this business.
