Working for a painting service provider heavily involved in the homeowners association industry, I have had the opportunity to work with many management firms. Once contacted by the management company about a communities bidding process and request for proposal, we work very closely with the property management company through the entire process. The community managers role is vital from the initial job walk developing the scope of work entailed in the proposal, preparing notices for the community outlining the project, dealing with owner issues, keeping the Board apprised of the project and performing a final job walk upon its conclusion.

I have found my experiences with Weldon L. Brown Company, Inc. to have been very positive. They have a strong reputation in the Community Association industry providing professional and quality management services throughout the Inland Empire. They are very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in helping Association s navigate their issues and establish goals for the betterment of their community. Their staff is a pleasure to work with and their community clients are in GOOD HANDS . I strongly recommend Weldon L. Late in 2016, we appointed the Weldon Brown Company as our new HOA management company. They have exceeded our expectations. Bud Brown is our representative. He is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and represents the board s and the association s interests extremely well. Whenever there are issues, they respond quickly. Not sure why this HOA company still charges me $3 for paying my bill online. It's the ONLY company I know of today that STILL charges to pay online. Not Zelle or Venmo charge to pay someone. If anything me paying online with enrolled autopay should be easier for them, instead me mailing in a check every month. I know they established in 1963, but it's 2020 now so they need to start acting like it.

It is all about the people, dedication, commitment and professionalism. We are happy to have this fine company manage our homeowners association.

My experience with Weldon L. Brown, Sr., is that he is personally a bigot, a liar, and a slumlord! He is nothing except a greedy, old man, who has his family give him positive ratings on Yelp, among other things.
I lived in one of Mr. Brown's town homes at the Canyon Tree Town Homes in the Canyon Crest area in Riverside, California for nearly eight years, and he never fixed anything at all. As a matter of fact, when I moved in there was a fire hazard, as there was no electricity on an entire wall of the town home, which was never repaired the entire time I resided at that location.
Mr. Brown evicted myself and my family, despite the fact that I was paying rent, only because he did not want to fix all of the problems at my residence. In fact, he waited all night long in the parking lot, directly across the street from my residence, and waited until I left, to go into my home, with the County Sheriff, and literally dragged my 83-year old mother out of our home on 09/10/2015, knowing full well that I had been paying him rent monthly. As a matter of fact, I paid him cash at Bank of America, and all of the tellers there witnessed that event. Additionally, I spoke with his son "Bud", who assured me that his father would not evict myself and my family; however, that was a lie as well.
I have already contacted the BBB and noted that Mr. Brown is guilty of Discrimination, not only due to the fact that my mother is Japanese, but also because I am disabled. One of Mr. Brown's friends in fact told my mother directly, "You are too yellow to live here."

Weldon L. Brown Company is a top notch company that handles all of the day to day Home Owners Association s needs; Weldon Brown is a full service company. Their staff consists of trained professionals that belong to organizations to continue their education and stay abreast of updates in current laws and HOA related issues etc. This company will go out of the way to help you. Professional, compassionate, patient, effective, efficient and organized are some of the words that describe my experience with the Weldon L. Brown Company. Although they have managed our town-home association for many years, I have come to know and fully appreciate the hard work Bud does over the last two years that I have served on the board of our HOA. This review is over due. I am new to the HOA which Weldon Brown Company manages. From the beginning, Bud has been very responsive and professional. When I needed some documents for loan application, Bud responded to me faster even than I expected. The HOA is very friendly, and well-maintained. The neighbors are nice and caring. I feel safe and homey here.

Would not recommend. So many areas of the complex I live at need attention. A whole eave from a roof fell into a common area and sat there for weeks, it never was fixed just tossed into the trash weeks later. That s not the only problem obviously, but if large blocks of wood are falling off the buildings I feel like that s something that should be fixed before someone is injured. The bbq/common area needs a lot of work as well as the pool area. Also I m not sure if calling them is any better but anytime I email them, the response time is nearly 2 weeks, and that s after I send my email more than once. Maybe calling would be better but I work nights and sleep during the hours they are open, so email tends to be more convenient for me. This is my honest review, I m glad to read many other are happy with this company, but I notice most of the reviews on here are from people who are on the HOA boards, unfortunately as just a renter I cannot be on the board and I m told I cannot even sit in during the meetings to hear what s being discussed.

I have been President of our HOA for many years and I can truthfully say that the Weldon Brown Company is a company dedicated to their clients. Not only are they knowledgeable of the laws, Civil Code, Davis-Stirling Act. etc., but they are professional, courteous and caring. This is a company that will go the extra mile to service their clients. We were fortunate to have this fine company as our Property Manager for the last two years.

I have three words for the Weldon Brown Company Professional, prompt and proficient. Whenever we need something, they respond promptly no excuses they just get the job done. Bud Brown of The Weldon L Brown company has always been a class act. He is easy to work with and is always attentive to our associations needs.

Weldon L. Brown. Inc. (WLB) deserves a distinguish service award as the property manager for Victoria Village Homeowner's Association (VVHOA) for all but one year of the last 36 years. WLB has provided to VVHOA professional guidance, customer service, budget suggestions, monthly expense/financial reporting, debt collection, legal issue coordination and management of contractor contracts and billings. WLB has handled well the customer service for VVHOA in terms of the day-to-day demands of managing a 35 acre property with 192 three or four bedrooms units and the competing demands of approximately 500 residents. WLB has assisted VVHOA is a well-maintained development that is rich with almost 900 mature trees centered in 20 acres of landscaping.
