Weldon L. Brown. Inc. (WLB) deserves a distinguish service award as the property manager for Victoria Village Homeowner's Association (VVHOA) for all but one year of the last 36 years. WLB has provided to VVHOA professional guidance, customer service, budget suggestions, monthly expense/financial reporting, debt collection, legal issue coordination and management of contractor contracts and billings. WLB has handled well the customer service for VVHOA in terms of the day-to-day demands of managing a 35 acre property with 192 three or four bedrooms units and the competing demands of approximately 500 residents. WLB has assisted VVHOA is a well-maintained development that is rich with almost 900 mature trees centered in 20 acres of landscaping. It has been a distict pleasure working over many years with first Weldon and then his son Bud Brown to prudently budget for the proper maintenance and to develop a management strategy that both sustained and enhance the value of common area assests. VVHOA is a beautiful place to live and in part that is attributable to Weldon and Bud Brown.
