ALSO I HAVE HEARD FROM MY CUSTOMERS SAY: YOU CHANGED NUMBER? YOU CAN MAKE YOUR PHONE NUMBER! (AT THE MOMENT OF THE CALL THE FAX HAS ENTERED, OR IT SAID THAT THE NUMBER WAS NON-EXISTENT), ALSO WHILE IT IS TALKING, THE LINE FALLS DROP, DUE TO THE LOW EFFICIENCY OF WELCOME SERVICE. IN TODAY, DECEMBER 1, THE PROBLEM THAT EVERY DAY IS CONTINUOUSLY RESULTING IN THE MORNING MY B2B DOESN'T PRESENT ANY ITEM IN STOCKS, IT HAD DUE TO THE SAD FUNCTIONING OF THE BLOCKED DEVICE. I DO NOT WISH TO ANY WELCOME ITALIA.AD TODAY 28/02/2015 I STILL HAVE MUCH MUCH PROBLEMS .... TYPE THAT IN 6 MONTHS HAVE NOT YET MADE MY REGISTER OF MY DOMAIN MIGRATION ....... TO YOU ANSWERS .

the worst experience of my working life ... Two hotels that continuously remain without internet connections, without wifi .... Loss of reservations, loss of customers because they demand a working wifi. And in two years according to the Welcome the fault was always to someone else! They even forced me to change the access points with a cost of 600 and then to find out from a technician called by us that those who, according to them, didn't work, had been turned off and therefore only reset. off? I hope it's not what I think! On Friday the internet line disappears and no one runs to our aid .... every time we have to call a private person and pay it to us! Today 10 June 2014 we are without internet and badly functioning telephony since last Friday.This is repeated continuously !!!!! the wifi never worked .... they claimed it was because of the ancient building .... strange with the previous manager it worked ... and the building was not rebuilt !!!!
4MGB !!!!! for two companies !!! at home only for the laptop I use 8mgbk !!!!!!

Terrible service! They charge me 284 euros instead of 101 euros ... I've been waiting for the refund for 2 months already. Also I have had many other problems during this year ... A bad experience. As soon as another internet provider offers a fiber optic cable, I will replace it immediately.
