the worst experience of my working life ... Two hotels that continuously remain without internet connections, without wifi .... Loss of reservations, loss of customers because they demand a working wifi. And in two years according to the Welcome the fault was always to someone else! They even forced me to change the access points with a cost of 600 and then to find out from a technician called by us that those who, according to them, didn't work, had been turned off and therefore only reset. off? I hope it's not what I think! On Friday the internet line disappears and no one runs to our aid .... every time we have to call a private person and pay it to us! Today 10 June 2014 we are without internet and badly functioning telephony since last Friday.This is repeated continuously !!!!! the wifi never worked .... they claimed it was because of the ancient building .... strange with the previous manager it worked ... and the building was not rebuilt !!!!
