I moved into Millworks Lofts that was recently renovated by Weis Builders. I signed my lease before it was move-in ready and frequently stopped by to see the progress. The Weis crews at the site were always super nice. Once I moved in, the quality of the renovation by Weis is amazing and all my guests always have a compliment to give on the build out! I had the pleasure of opening a newly built senior cooperative in 2016 by Weis Builder's. I was there when the building opened and continue as the Property Manager to this day. The staff and members of the cooperative are thrilled with the service Weis provides even to this day. I want to personally recognize Riley, Tyler Larkin and Jon Koehler for their exceptional service and the ongoing relationship. I would highly recommend Weis Builder's.

NOT GOOD NEIGHBORS on the construction site. I know they've been asked by our council woman not to start construction until 7, but they repeatedly start banging away at 6 AM in downtown St. Paul. Preparations often start at 5:30 with heavy trucks rolling in and partitions going up. There are apartment buildings on all sides with families. Even with fans and white noise machines going it's impossible to sleep. Exhaustion is up, quality of life is down.

They were concerned about my needs and took care of everything I asked for. They are always professional to work with. I am very impressed with the quality of care I received.

Can i go minus 100 on this? They built our condo building Mainstreet Lofts in Hopkins. The building is rotting around us. We are now having to absorb a $1.5 million remedy to fix their shoddy work.
