Absolutely can't recommend. Weddings was 9.28 and we haven't heard back in weeks about the status of our video.

I reserved my camera and was told I could get a full refund if I cancelled in time. Now that I have a friend offering to do my pictures for my wedding, I have tried contacting the company over and over and they will not respond. I was told 2 months ago that a refund was processed and it was not. Now, they are completely ignoring me. VERY unprofessional, rude, and clearly their promise of a full refund is FALSE. Do NOT give them your credit card information if there is even a slight chance that you will want a refund.

Thank you Wedit!!! We used Wedit 2 years ago for our wedding on the recommendation of our wedding planner. We had such an incredible experience!! Definitely a major factor in our fantastic video was tasking a few friends who had a great eye to be able to film the key moments. However, no matter what footage you have, it is the editors that made the hours of film come together to create a truly memorable video of our wedding weekend. We loved this so much that with our daughters Bat Mitzvah coming this September...she asked if we could use the Wedit again for her event! I reached out to the company about a few questions and was met with a live phone call within an hour in response to my email. Amazing customer service!! We are so excited to be using Wedit again!! And now with our knowledge from the wedding, we are even more prepared to film the Bat Mitzvah. Thank you Wedit for such a fun and memorable experience and we are so looking forward to our next event with you!!!

Used Wedit for our August wedding. The customer service, fun factor, quality, and final video were all outstanding.

What a wonderful service this is. My daughter had Wedit send out 5 video cameras to video record her wedding. It was a super idea and the finished product was way better than we ever imagined. I highly recommend Wedit.

I really didn't know what to expect when I booked Wedit for our wedding videography. I knew that I was looking for an inexpensive option while still being able to capture our wedding day. I found Wedit and thought it may be the best of both worlds. The Wednesday before our wedding, I received the 'HD cameras'... they're really iPods. We were able to read the tips and take a few videos from the days leading up to the wedding. During our wedding day I had asked a few trustworthy friends and family members to be in charge of certain cameras. They took the traditional, artistic shots of the church, reception space, views of the wedding party, shots of my wedding dress, etc. Even afterwards, I didn't know what to expect. It wasn't until I received all of the raw footage and then the edited video that I knew it was the right choice. From all 5 cameras, we were able to capture so many moments that were missed, or forgotten. It was such a relief and such a joy to go through the raw footage. I was brought to tears at the edited video of our incredible day. There is a special 'home video' aspect to Wedit that I value dearly. Thank you Wedit for an affordable, simple, high-quality service!

EDIT AGAIN: It's been 6 months now, a month after my wedding, for which I DIDN'T use Wedit's services, and this company is STILL giving me a NIGHTMARE! After agreeing to a refund and sending me that refund, I just received an unauthorized charge from them on my credit card! I didn't even use their services!!! DO NOT give these people your credit card information!!!

EDIT: They got back to me and agreed to a refund.

They're ghosting!!!

Originally we decided to rent cameras from Wedit, but about 5 weeks before our wedding, realized we could afford a videographer that I really wanted. So I reached out to Wedit. They have a 60-day no cancellation policy, and we were about 50 days out, but they said they sell out every weekend so I figured maybe they d make an exception and refund us. Thought it was worth a shot to get our money back though, if they didn t, I figured we could find a use for the cameras.

So it s been almost 3 weeks since then. I ve called 4 times and sent 3 emails. They will NOT get back to me. Like I said from the beginning, if they had gotten back to me with a simple sorry we can t refund you I honestly would ve understood and not cared much, and found a use for the cameras. But now that I know they are capable of literally GHOSTING me, I absolutely do not trust them with our wedding photos and videos! Beyond that, I m terrified that let s say they never even send the cameras and then accuse us of losing them or something. They have our credit card info, who knows what they could do...? Beyond that, before we booked with Wedit they were SUPER attentive and responsive...

I m so beyond distraught over this and I have 20 days before my wedding and I have no idea what to do or how to make these people answer my calls and emails!!!

After booking this service and sending back the cameras from my wedding, they lost them. It has now been a year and still no cameras, footage or videos. Besides the fact that we didn't get anything from them. After we had friends and family use them we did not get a refund. They no longer even return my phone calls or emails. DO NOT BOOK THEM!
