Wedgewood has been a huge part of our company's growth. Not only do they pay well and on time after a completed project but they also have a great personnel. The Project managers and Superintendents communicate clearly allowing us to do our best and most efficient work. In the 5 plus years we have been servicing Wedgewood not once have I had any issues in scheduling. I strongly recommend working with this company.

As a General Contactor I have worked with many institutional buyers. Wedgewood has always been a standout. I have worked with them in the Southern Nevada area for nearly 10 years and have never had an unpleasant experience, in fact they have always been 100% positive. Their culture here is awesome and this shows as I have worked with many of the same employees of theirs throughout those years. Unlike some other investors I have worked for, at Wedgewood they always have the Customer's best interest at the forefront and consistently guide their decisions on their properties with that in mind. Additionally, it is nice to work with a company that is cutting edge and like to put out nicely updated / renovated properties with their great designers involved at nearly every stage. When you buy one of their properties you are not purchasing the tired, played out, same ole mass produced renovated house, you will be getting the latest trends in home decor. The interactions I have had with Wedgewood LLC have all been positive. Whenever I have had a question it has been answered promptly. The PMs know what is going on with their properties and communicate with us so we also know what needs to be done. The PMs are always professional and do what they can to help make sure the project gets across the finish line.
