What a lovely restaurant bar they have. Live music nice cocktail and service.

What an experience!! Thank you for great services! From the Great Door Men, Services and House Keeping! The gentlemen that was cleaning floor 5, (4-21-19) he needs an hospitality award! He was so kind!
However, our Server this morning was over the top Awesome!! He totally understood my needs for my food allergy! I have never felt so comfortable eating out! His hospitality was outstanding! Thank you!
Only thing i could say bad was, we didn't know we had to pay for parking. The website didn't say that!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Got late check out because it was my birthday. The bar is really comfortable and classically styled live music too!! Great COVID protocols we had the entire gym reserved for us and then they clean it all down for the next people. Would definitely recommend

The Bachus lounge is my favorite lounge in Vancouver. It has a great upscale vibe and the staff treat you like you're important. If you want to know what a proper bar should look like, come here. This is my go to for after dinner drinks when we don't want the evening to end yet. They have a breath taking flower arrangement that gets replaced every week. There is usually a live piano player. A perfect way to impress a new date or client.

Classic French style boutique with very nice staff. Great room service with fine dining and after hour menus. The sub penthouse suite had a luxurious jacuzzi tub and stand up shower to die for.

Came here to take some wedding photos and they allowed us since some rooms were booked here for the wedding. They have a gorgeous room on the ground floor with archways, perfect place for some photos.

Went there for a wedding reception, food was great and servers were attentive and friendly. Nice cozy atmosphere to the room we were in.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vancouver.
Warm & cosy with a huge fireplace in the reception.
Rooms very comfortable & tastefully decorated. The bed was huge & after a long flight from London I dove straight into it!
Turn down service a nice touch with the homemade cookies..also artisan chocolates from a local chocolatier.
Breakfast very good...especially the waffles & fruit
Close to all the shops & a 10 minute walk to the waterfront.

We had a great stay at the penthouse suite here last February, but there were a few issues that were never resolved.

We booked a treatment at the hotel spa. They were undergoing renovations during this time, so despite paying for the full experience, we received massages in an unused hotel room. Not the end of the world, still had an enjoyable rest of the stay.

The biggest issue was when we were getting our stored bags after checking out. We left our bags in storage after checking out so that we could go have lunch. Once we returned, we had the doorman help us with our vehicle and bags. I had my vehicle with valet overnight so while we were waiting for the valet, the doorman went to get our bags. However, he was talking with an elderly lady for over 15 minutes before getting our bags. After patiently waiting, he called me over to the storage room and asked me which bags were mine instead of checking the tickets that were handed to him. I pointed out our bags that were stored up top, he reached out and pulled them out very quickly, but did not have a handle on all of them and ended up dropping my laptop bag from the top shelf to the ground. He did not apologize and just asked if it was ok. The way he pulled the bags out caused the laptop bag to snag onto something and ripped it off the shelf. Not only did it drop with my $4000 Macbook in it, but the snag resulted in a broken zipper. Thank goodness I had a sturdy case on my Macbook, or the damages would have been much worse. The laptop case was dented, my bag is broken and can no longer be used, and there was no apology. Not only this, but he did not even get the rest of our bags once this happened. He just dumped the bags at the front door and went back to talking to the lady. I had to go into the storage room myself and retrieve the remaining two bags myself, and bring all 6 bags to my vehicle by myself. All in all, it took half an hour from the time we got back to the hotel to the time we got in our vehicle and left.

The damages aren't the biggest issue, I can replace the items but I'm more frustrated with the lack of care and service. Especially when the doorman wasn't very busy and was just being social. I am also capable of bringing my own bags to my vehicle, but I've stayed at many 4.5-5 star hotels and this isn't the level of service you ve come to expect. Our experience was great until the very end, but unfortunately it was a lasting impression.

I reached out to management regarding the issues, the General Manager sent a quick response back stating that he was going on a business trip and would look into the matter when he got back but never received a response back. Very disappointing!

True class. Loved our stay. The staff are all so hospitality and genuinely nice. A perfect example of what customer service should be. Also amazing beds, slept soooo good. Steam room is a great bonus.

Just to let you know there's a person on facebook portraying themselves as being the manager of Wedgewood Hotel & Spa and he's advertising fake job offers on a facebook group for people who want to immigrate to Canada. How do I know that ad is not genuine and those job offers are fake? Even though they use the name of your hotel and some photos, the phone number on that post has an 602 area code, which is in Arizona, U.S.A... There's people trying to scam others using the name of your hotel... just an fyi.

Came here to Bacchus for a dine out Vancouver dinner. Fairly disappointed for the whole evening. My wife chose the salmon but it ended up sitting on some soupy water, and it wasn't that flavourful. I had the slow-cooked short rib and it was not chewy, it was tough and dry in the middle. I can understand they are probably charging too little for the dine out menu, then heck don't offer what you offered.

My wife and I had a lovely time staying at this hotel for our anniversary. All the staff, from the vallet, to the concierge, to the servers in the restaurant were warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Our room was exactly what we wanted and what we expected based on other reviews with personal touches and attention to detail throughout. The location was perfect as well, so central to some of the best shopping and activities that it alone could recommend this hotel. I believe we would both like to make The Wedgewood our preferred stop whenever we stay in Vancouver.

Our absolute favourite place to stay in Vancouver. Lovely, comfy rooms with balconies in a great location. Love having coffee and breakfast at The Bacchus in the lobby. Always glad to come back to The Wedgewood.

Had a tough time here when meeting a friend. Service was extremely slow and the food was cold. Midday, so that may have been the culprit.

Well I have to admit that I didn't stay here. I was visiting a friend who was. Right from walking in the door with the helpful door staff to the inviting staff at the front desk you are taken care of even if your not one of their guests. The hotel is as beautiful as the name. Wegdgewood isn't a everyday place setting its special like Sunday night dinner with the whole family where you bring out the good stuff. Surrounded by spectacular shopping in any direction as you leave the hotel. Love to be a guest sometime and see all the amenities that are available to you

Lovely hotel, the room I stayed in was a little old, but clean and staff are friendly.
Location is excellent, Vancouver isn t big to start with, this hotel is right in the center, walking distance to the cruise port and sea plane terminal, to Robson street, to the water taxi place for Grandville island, to shuttle bus to Capilano suspension bridge.

This is an excellent luxury hotel. Check-in was immediate and quick, and very friendly. We were upgraded from a King suite to a Wedgewood suite at no cost, which gave us two full baths and a huge balcony overlooking their terrace and Hornby Street. The suite had two HD TVs (one in the bedroom), plus a minibar, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, water jet bathtub, a huge shower stall, and other amenities. A really beautiful room.

We came here for a mini staycation (1 night) between the years in order to recharge.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and we had such a wonderful time! Starting with the booking procedure (I called in) to the arrival experience; as well as the overall stay, including my spa treatment with Lauren.

Lauren was an absolute delight; friendly, polite and super attentive! I had the Glow Booster Facial (seasonal special) and have to say, that I haven t had many facials in my life, but this one was incredible!
I honestly felt reborn after it.

Thank you to Lauren and the whole team at Wedgewood who made this short stay so enjoyable for us!

P.S. The fitness center is very well equipped and even has a Peloton bike, which we love!

A great hotel, I was really comfortable during the stance. They have incredible rates during invernal time, I completly come back. All the personal are kind and servicial.

Wonderful fine dining establishment. Service is nothing less than stellar. Amazing cuisine that tickle the taste buds. One of my favourites in this beautiful city.

From the second you step out of the taxi the second you get back into a taxi five stars all around the restaurant is beautiful the hotel is very nice and the service the uniforms everything is top quality this tiny Boutique Hotel is got to be a 6 star or something..

Rooms are dated, but well furnished and well thought out. The service is really what tips this to a five star experience.

Great ambiance. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Very well appointed. The lounge and restaurant were impressive as well. Food was amazing. There was a live piano player which was so great as well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

My wife surprised me for our anniversary with a night at Wedgewood as I've always wanted to stay. Pierce welcomed us at the front desk and was so warm and accommodating. The room was gorgeous and the soaker tub was amazing. If I had to critique anything it would only be the tiny cups and coffee pods. Very glad Starbucks is downstairs but would be amazing to have decent cups in our room. All in all, I am definitely coming back again. Thank you.

Nice rooms and lots space to eat at the dining room hall. There is also many pillows and comfy blankets in the room.

Thought we'd have a nice dinner in the Wedgewood Lounge, but turned out to be the worse meal we both had in a long time. Drinks and ambience were nice, but sure won't be going back for the food!

Dated interior. Friendly staff. Seal on the balcony door was poor and allowed a lot of exterior noise in through the glass.

My wife and I love this place. Staff are awesome. We have stayed here many times and are treated so well. The Bacchus restaurant and its staff are top notch. They are always our first choice when we stay downtown.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained with nice touches like cookies at bed time and L'Occitane toiletries but watch for hidden parking taxes. They tell you it's 35 per day to valet park but fail to tell you taxes on parking are about 34%. If you are valeting your car then you may not be concerned with price, but it's something they should tell you upfront so you can make an informed decision whether to valet or park at the public parking a block down for only $34 per day with no other fees. Staff at desk is not very friendly.

I recently stayed at The Wedgewood. The hotel and the staff the staff were extremely kind and accommodating when my plans changed. This is a very polished and well-run hotel.

Relais and Chateaux hotels are usually smart and of a good standard and the Wedgewood was no exception. A pleasingly English feel to it, including Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. The bar/restaurant wasn't bad either. Staff were very good.

As a young couple- we were both very pleased with our stay. The vintage type charm consistent throughout the facility and bar, was appreciated and set a great tone. It was impressively quiet for being in the middle of the city! We will be back.

While we didn't take advantage of the spa portion of the hotel, the rooms were spotless, service was perfect, and everyone we encountered incredibly friendly. Our view was awesome, and all amenities we did take advantage of were prompt and appreciated. Bed was cozy, and rooms were well laid out. I will say I had some issues with WiFi cutting out and not working with Chromecast, but these were minimal.

Outstanding service . Can t say enough . From the minute we pulled up outside we felt appreciated and taken care of !!! The doormen are very special and know how to treat people . Attention to detail is amazing. Room was Spotlessly clean . Treated us like royalty. Will definitely be coming back . We ve been all over and this was by far my best experience in a hotel .

The best staff I ever encountered. From curbside to the spa every single person we encountered was amazing. The location is convenient and the rooms were very quiet. The spa is a must do. This is the only place to stay in Vancouver. I want to come back to the city just to stay here.

If you re looking for a nice luxurious hotel. This is not it!! I had a horrible stay with my boyfriend and paid $500. When we showed up we found out we they were filming in the hotel. No one informed us when booking so we couldn t have dinner at the restaurant which is the main reason why we booked. The sheets are literal sand paper. If you do stay here make sure you always look nice or the doorman will not open the door for u and you will not be treated good. Literally anywhere is better. I spoke to Glenn the manager about the multiple incidents that happened and he said he can t go back in time but offered to move me up one or two categories next time I book (a joke) Trust me don t stay here!!!!

PRO: good service, good ambience, soup and dessert was good, relatively close to skytrain access of both Canada line and expo line CON: entree served really was not impressive

High standard of service. Very friendly and efficient staff. Warm and comfortable ambience. Thoroughly recommended.

Centrally located with easy access to shopping and tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, including a large walk-in shower, in addition to the tub. Nice extras included cookies left in our room each morning, bottled water and a box of locally made chocolates. I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Vancouver.

We had an amazing family evening at the Wedgewood Hotel. First a fade at the day spa with my wife then family dinner in the restaurant. Amazing food and amazing service! We then ventured back to the room with amazing coty view over the center of the city. Popsicles in bed in our marching robes and a quiet night in! Great little gym first thing in the AM then a quiet family breakfast in the lobby. Service, food, amenities and staff were all 5 Star. Thank k your again for making us feel so welcome on out family staycation!
