Needed a new key for Seadoo. Charged $123 which included a 1/2 hr labor charge of $47. Took mechanic 5 minutes to program new key. Was told my battery cables were loose but he didn t have tools to tighten. I guess he was too lazy to walk in shop and get a screw driver. I feel he should have done that as a courtesy considering the labor charge.
I ll update my review. I had a 20hr service performed on my new boat and they were very fair and the mechanic was great. They more than made up for the above issue.

Gary and Jacob were great in giving us info we needed...service department gave me 24 hour service on my Sea Ray at a reasonable price

Called them for SeaDoo oil change - told me I would have to leave them there for 3 weeks (in the middle of summer) before they would even look at them. Had to leave them - no appointment possible. Rude to boot. Hope that model works for them as I won't be buying anything from them. Go to Virgil Naff!

We just purchased a Bennington Tritoon from Webster Marine Center. They certainly made the experience a very pleasant one. Mark was wonderful to work with. The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Jacob, the young man that was in charge of showing us all the bells and whistles at delivery was so very nice and helpful. His experience and expertise shined while going over the boat. We actually traded our Hurricane boat in at Websters on our new Tritoon and we feel we were give an extremely fair offer for our existing boat. My husband and I would highly recommend doing business with Webster Marine!!!

First there is the rip-off. The mark up on parts is at least 50 percent. If you don't believe me check it out yourself. Second is the incompetence of the parts department. Spent 24 minutes while two parts associates still managed to get me the wrong part. Nothing like getting home to realize you have to go back. Then had the nerve to want to waste more of my time by putting useless info into their computer. Find another place to do business. You will be happier, and have more money in your pocket

I have nothing good to say about this company . They are dishonest people.

From the sales staff to the service department I have been very pleased with my experience they ve provided. I d highly recommend this family owned business.

We purchased our 2015 Bennington Pontoon from Webster Marine in the beginning of the summer. They were professional, answered all of our questions (which were alot, this is our first boat), explained all the options, taking their time with helping to select the perfect model for "us". Not your typical rush sale for the money like car dealers! We also brought the boat in for our maintenance and winterization, and that whole process was as smooth as the sale. They explained what will be serviced, was done in a timely manner, and the cost was completely reasonable!

My husband bought his first Sea-Doo at Webster Marine in 1998, this year we bought a new 2018 GTX 230 from here and couldn't be happier! We worked with Joe on our 2018 and he was terrific.

Great service, people were friendly and the location is nice to visit. Service department handled my repair quickly and finished the job on time.

I'm the third generation in my family to do business with Websters. They are family owned and wonderful to do business with!

We purchased our boat from Webster Marine. The sales staff was great. Since we bought the boat before our dock was completed, the staff at Webster allowed us to rent a boat slip, at a reasonable price, for as long as we needed. Our experience with the service department has been excellent too; they have been very helpful. Webster still feels like a family-run business which is becoming a rarity. We highly recommend using Webster Marine Center for all of your boating needs.

Bad customer service. Didn t even get a curiosity call to let us know our ski was repaired and ready.

I have used this Marina twice to load a 27' cruiser onto a trailer because the ramp angle has a gradual incline and is well marked with quality side docking. Both times, there was a staff member waiting at the dock to help tether the boat and assist with the load. I had complications with my trailer both times and they went above and beyond to help with adjustments and made sure the vessel was safely on the trailer before I left the Marina. The staff are experienced and the culture here is professional and extremely friendly. The facility is clean along with the restrooms and the inventory is very nicely displayed. I was thoroughly impressed with this Marina.

I arrived at Webster Marine Center shortly after closing on a Saturday. They pulled my jet ski out of the water, checked the engine for possible water damage and untangled a tow rope from the drive shaft - all in about 20 minutes.

They forgot to order parts for warranty work and now I am without my boat for two weekends. Nobody calls and they don t seem to care. This is the second time this 3 month old $90k Moomba needs work that they didn t fix right the first time.

Drove almost two hours to look at a Nautique Super Air I found online with the intentions of buying it. The older gentleman running the place wouldn t even allow me to look at the boat as I stood right beside it because they were about to close. I ll be taking my business elsewhere after his experience.

I first purchased a boat from Webster's in 2011 and returned again recently to purchase another. Professional experience all the way around. Special shout out to Barbara for handling docs and Reed Griggs in Service!

Criminals is what you will find here. Took my seadoo in for routine maintenance and they called and said I needed a new reverse bucket. They said it was in 3 pieces. It worked and was in 1 piece the day before when i took it to them because i actually used reverse! Got there to look at it and it was cracked because they had obviously backed the ski into another boat or pole, wall etc. $600 is what they charged me for something I had no control over! never go hear, shop anywhere else.

Have been going to Webster's since 2011. When we bought our Jet Ski from them. Nice and knowledgeable staff, reasonable selection of parts and good service. Only challenge is the distance. We are at the South end of the lake. Nevertheless, we still run up there for parts.

Went to look at purchasing 1 or 2 sea doo sparks. salesman said they only had 3, none were the model I was interested in. Asked about other models but he seemed like he didn't want to look into finding or getting any in. Also price seemed way high for a 2015 model. Will not go back there for anything.

Great place to do business. This is a well established business that has been open two generations. This is a convenient place to store your boat or jet ski like I have. Centrally located next to bridge water plaza. Professional work, and timely service. Great asset for SML.

Not necessarily a marine center but more a jet ski and boat rental dealer. Spent a saturday looking for appropriate gaskets to fix a leak on our boat, and the "store" was only equipped to align with their jet ski sales. We attempted to speak to an employee if they had anything we could have missed, but there was no customer service. Figured it may have been just that specific day but based on the owner responses to some of the other reviews it seems that they all have a lack of customer service.

Went too look into buying a sea doo staff was very rude, will never go back.
