It is always the case because it does not come especially if it is an emergency. And our affiliated dto doctors. The nurses were about to die, and the woman at the admissions center last time hubby was admitted. Then art, drowning. Although unprofessional, there are some patients who have gossip. So instead of getting better, you get sick more. Very thin. Duration of lab results, and when you are in emergency, if you do not have the space in e.r you will end up in the expensive hospital waiting area but it seems to be public.

I wont suggest this hospital .. Why? Bcoz .. If you reach your bill 15k above .. And your not able to pay instantly .. ALL MEDECINE WAS STOP GIVEN TO THE PATIENT ... How can the patient recover if the medecine is stopped .. ?? I started my son .. I was not able to pay the partial payment of 8k immediately due to my 15k bill .. All stop gmot .. So need to buy cash !! What if you didn't have any cash right away ?? Very stupid policy !!! Other hospital .. Not so .. Because whatever happens to the patient hospital is still the result of that policy and discontinuation of drugs .. Also consider not all Emergency or patient my ability to pay immediately .. (dated ... Oct 18, 2016) naconfine us since. Monday

Most of the doctors are rude and unprofessional. I notice a lot of them lack modern knowledge about medicine. They couldn't help me at the ER so I had to transfer to other bigger hospital. The facilities looks outdated and the ambiance looks and feels like a morgue. One time we had to brought in our neighbour due to a heart attack. Sadly he passed away since they are unable to revive him. I wouldn't wanna go back here other than a real emergency.

My Kid was delivered here, wasn't the Hospital we were planning though, it was an emergency, aircon wasnt that great though and the CR was really tight, they should have a bigger one since you really can't assist a patient in a crampy and tight CR, but everything is what it should be. You can buy medicine yourself if you wanna save some money
(they charge extra for meds and some stuffs, ask them if you can buy from outside, there's a nearby drugstore outside)

the worst! My mom have a scheduled check up today (Dr. Lotilla clinic is from 1-3pm) and unfortunately, 3pm pa daw ang dating. Palagi late ang mga doctors nila. They NEVER show up on time. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. Every time na may check up kami dito THEY ARE ALWAYS MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE! We just have no choice because my mother is already a senior citizen and this is nearest hospital with cardio doctor available.

II had various horror stories of this hospital is the past but when something bad happened to a family member and we brought them there. I can say that because of their fast thinking and real concern he was saved. They took care of my kin from the ER to ICU and did a great job. My kin was operated by Dr Collasido and he did a great job. Thank you to this hospital that he was saved.

I was confined here for 5 days for abscess in my tonsils.when they are about to put my heplock, they found out that it had to be placed in a different vein.took the 3 nurses of their 4F nurse station to finally insert the new IV and it was the nurse christine of ER who successfully did it.what surprised me that they are charging all the needles that were used.we complained that we are not signing the materials slip because its not our fault and im the one who should be complaining for the inefficiency.nurse paw left after we refused signing.but when we were settling the bill we saw the materials slip signed by someone else definitely not me nor my husband.this is a clear case of forgery.when we complain at the billing section, they deduct the price of said needles.the head nurse should be extra careful in checking their subordinates.upon discharge also, the ENT doc, reinalyn pineda, told us to settle the rental of the equipment (5k) she used and to pay directly at her clinic so as to avoid taxes.we were not told on her first day of visit that we will be charged for the equipment she said she rented.she only told us on my 5th day, the day im about to check out.in short we were asked to pay the hospital bill at the cashier and the 5k equipment rental to rona, her secretary.in my desire to leave and get home soonest, i talked to rona and told her we dont have any spare money for the 5k and said i will just issue a promisorry note and pay her when i get back.dra.pineda called up and said i really need to settle at least 2,500 so that she can issue my clearance.im really disappointed and had to look for money to pay her the 2,500 so that i could finally go home.i just wish the Management of this hospital do something about this as the above i presume is not an isolated case.may the above nurses and said doc be reprimanded appropriately.

Instead of recovering from the patient, your partner and relative of pasynte might become ill too.
Please see that your patients pay you for it. I still understand if you are a GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL case you PRIVATE HOSPITAL. Please give your health care service to your patients. If there is only a choice we will not go back to the hospital yet. She's not recommendedable hospital, maybe if you do not have a choice. Hopefully you are just visiting the patient because the patient has no choice. Hold on to your sworn oi.

About four years ago (2014), in the dead of the night, we brought our 4yr old son here, burning with fever in the ER. Expecting they would tend our son, they didn't, instead they would let us wait in their empty hall or coreighdor or what ever God forsaken that part of the hospital, i still remember what the ER attendee told us "sir, pwede ho ba dun kayo lumagi." para nga naman kasing eye sore kami dun sa ER, to think may pambayad naman kami, ay wait.. . Kasi wala kaming kotse. From 11pm to 4am dun kami sa hall ng intay, walang lumapit at nag tanong kung ano nangyari sa anak nmin. If you know a much better place than this place, then by Gods you are better off somewhere.

The telephone operators are not reliable. It is very seldom that you can get through and be able to talk to somebody. I think nobody is fixed in manning the phone to attend to callers. I hope the hospital looks into this esp. that it involves in saving lives. On the other hand, there are good resident doctors here so we need not go elsewhere for consultations and medical concerns.

No pls don't. If you want to be healthy, get treated, pls don't go here. Now it's GCQ, they only have OPD. Triage area is outside, very little shade. I needed to give my urine sample, they asked me to pee in a makeshift not even fully covered tarp area. If you want the whole world to see you pee, go ahead. Just go to another hospital please

Emergency and Ward Nurse: -1 Star

Emergency and Ward Nurse: -1 Star
Does not care about the welfare of their patients, very rude and unprofessional. Do not you think that you should give proper care to patients?

Facilities: -1 Star
You will be able to handle the table or chairs in inpatient rooms. CR smell immune and super impotent.

Overall: -1 Star
For those who are in the public hospital, they are just a difference in aircon but in fairness at PGH kht public they are semi private. LPCMC seems to be a public ward with their semi private.
