It's been a pleasure working with a company that has a One Stop Shop capabilities. Web Solutions and their full-service team have been exceptional to work and partner with. Although conduits are many, we struggled with getting our message out to our targeted audience and needed professional help! In comes Web Solutions to our rescue; we called and invited them after an extensive search of marketing firms. They met with us, several times, to learn our message and how to best communicate it clients. Web Solutions provided us with a dedicated team that, not only, created our website, but also assisted us with SEO, Marketing initiatives and Social Media optimization. Their team is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and great to work with. Since the implementation and continual upgrade to our site, we have seen a drastic increase in customer inquiries and customer contacts. In addition, Web Solutions have been instrumental in improving our ranking within Google search as well as providing invaluable context to optimize our message. I work Seasons Federal Credit Union and back in October 2013, Middlesex Healthcare FCU merged with Seasons FCU. We've worked with Web Solutions for past projects and knew they were the ones to take on the task of updating a website redesign to meet the needs of our members. The most significant task of our merge was to keep Middlesex Healthcare FCU's brand for its members but relate the website to the Seasons family. We asked Web Solutions if they could "mirror" our Seasons website to keep it in the family but also have a different member target audience and they did just that and more. The most important feature for myself as a marketer is the ability to make quick changes to a website. Now, I didn't know I could make almost every change if needed. The CMS is the most hands on and most comprehensive program I have worked with. To make changes to a banner, or add a page without needing help is simply amazing. It gives us small companies the opportunity to increase our online presence with the clean look of the site, the feeling of everything organized and the ease of making changes. They were available when I needed them and did everything on time to meet our launch date.
